The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for what we needed. Also felt like a great value for the rate we received. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
4.7
The water pressure in this place is horrible. We were on the 4th floor, would hate to see how bad it was on upper floors. The pillows were also not so great. The hotel itself is very nice, well decorated, and cozy. This location is not far from many restaurants, and tourist attractions.
4.7
The scent in the room was quite strong it gave me a headache and blocked up my and my husband's nose. The safe in the room did not work. And the AC was LOUD. We paid for a room upgrade, and we were given an "upgraded" 6th floor room facing the "cityscape"; not worth it at all.
We were in town to celebrate a birthday and the concierge gave us a box of happy birthday Sugarfina gummies at check in which was really nice of them. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
4.7
great service. Everyone was friendly and efficient.
4.7
Great and modern … but matress too firm
4.7
Valet was a big “rough” challenging space and not enough attendants during peak check in and check out time frame - otherwise great stay and I will be back!
4.7
Great location! We were able to walk everywhere we went. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the room seemed tight (for 2) and the motion light in the bathroom was distracting for light sleepers
4.7
It was very nice. Easy to park and check in. Room was small but very nice and updated. Clean and nice blackout electric shades. Walked to the Storm game and came back to the lobby bar where we had fantastic food and service. Had a wonderful breakfast this morning. Would definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
4.7
The hotel location was perfect! The hotel was great, service was wonderful, lounge was fun, restaurant was great but the room was micro.
4.7
Staff were wonderful! Awesome rooftop bar!!
4.7
Food Options and Quality were sub par. There is a food stand in the lobby that did better than the restaurant though so that is good. No room service. No coffee after 3pm in lobby.
4.7
Hotel was beautiful and clean friendly staff. Great location for your downtown stay.
4.7
Amazing stay like always always love staying here
4.7
Absolutely lovely hotel. On a quiet street, but near many great restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were on a business trip & in town for a charity bike ride. When we checked in (with our bike bags) we mentioned it. The next day, the front desk harassed us over having (mind you very expensive / well maintained) road bikes in the lobby and argued that they needed to be stored outside or in a janitorial room, but were unwilling to take liability if stolen, or damaged. The location of the hotel seemed a bit rough & cost for valet was $60 per day. The rooms were ridiculously tiny for the cost ($500+ a night). They were clean & quiet, but other than that so-so. We won’t be returning and would not recommend.
4.7
Jonathain at front desk was especially awesome to us and our young children. Hotel is amazing. Sparky stole the show! Kids absolutely loved Sparky delivering us food and telling us jokes! Thanks for an awesome stay. We felt like royalty!
4.7
Should not be listed as “kid friendly”. Rooftop bar was not accessible as a guest and Bonvoy member. They locked access from my floor and I had to go to the lobby for screening. When I finally got up there, there were plenty of spots. Fancy software and an sense of exclusivity was just pretentious and a time delay for no reason. Towels felt like sand paper. Eh.
4.7
The Astra was a very modern hotel that was easy to use. All of the staff I encountered were hospitable and customer focused. The location made it easy to get around, meet family and site see.
4.7
The hotel was very clean, great view of Space Needle, decent location to restaurants and some downtown areas.
Breakfast/coffee bar was excellent, food options & friendly service open till 3pm
Restaurant after 3pm excellent service but limited menu
Room - VERY SMALL, but clean
3 adults it was hard to move around in
We had to take turns walking in front of beds or just moving around in the unit.
Will probably NOT stay again ONLY due to lack of space in unit

Recently spent 3 days at property and enjoyed the view, the convenient location and plenty of eateries near by. The breakfast buffet was plenty of variety but very pricey and unfortunately most hot items were extremely greasy. Roof top bar with spectacular views, but music was way too loud to enjoy conversations. Would stay again, just needs a bit refinement
4.7
The room was neat and clean, although small it met our needs for our 2 night visit to Seattle. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The temperature was easy to adjust and nice and cool for summer sleeping. The area was quiet with no road noise. The view from altitudes lounge was beautiful but not worth the price of cocktails (overpriced!!). Also the valet parking was pricey but as we were on motorcycles, they suggested an alternative public parking nearby which was easy and free for motorcycles! I would stay here again, but skip the lounge.
4.7
This was our first visit to Seattle and it did not disappoint. We wanted to be close to the Space Needle and this location was perfect.
CHECK IN:
Braeden and Jonathan at the check in were awesome. When they found out it was not only a sister's trip, but for a birthday, we received a complimentary box of special candies, totally unexpected, but made our day!
Braeden made sure we new about all the hotel amenities, like making a reservation at the Sky Lounge is highly recommended if you want to have a spot. And he gave us a list of nearby restaurants (walking distance).
ROOM:
Our room was beautiful, and had a great view of the needle. It had 2 queen beds, was very neat and clean. Complimentary bottles of water, a little fridge, spacious bathroom, huge tv and the black out curtain/sheer curtain on the window were a huge bonus. We were right by the ice machine as well, which was nice, and it also had a water spigot.
FOOD:
We ate at the hotel's Otium restaurant the first night, very delicious and accommodating for my gluten free needs. We had coffee at the Cafe Ladro, delicious. And we were able to make a Sunday night reservation very easily for the Sky Lounge. Great views and cocktails. I highly recommend an evening reservation, as the sunset was gorgeous and then the city came alive with light.
Thank you for making our little trip such a sweet treat.

We loved our stay at the Astra hotel. It is very clean and modern with nice restaurants on site and short distance from some of the main attractions in Seattle. The only downside was that you have to find a place to park off site or pay $65 per night for the hotel’s valet parking.
4.7
Excellent service. Very clean and staff was very polite
4.7
It’s our perfect stay for a weekend get away or for when we come into town for a show!
4.7
Loved the stay and the hotel . The robot was very cute too :)
4.7
Overall great location. Walkable to all sorts of attractions. Paid for a view room and got a view of a bunch of gross alleyway buildings.
4.7
Very pleasant and convenient.
4.7
Great modern decor and in a great location.
4.7
Great place to stay at! Super clean
4.7
I paid for a room with a city view, I got a fifth floor view of a graffiti wall. The assistant manager did his best to work with us but it was a huge bummer to have that view.
4.7
So clean, great location! Will be back.
4.7
When arriving to the hotel the man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. All of the people at the front desk were kind and helpful. My issue was the amount I paid for the hotel for one night did not add up with the quality of the hotel. There were stains on two of our pillows and there were stains on the bedding. I’m not even sure the bedding was changed before us. We got replacement pillows but it took awhile to get them. For the amount you pay for the hotel valet should not be as expensive as it was. It took forever to get our car parked and get it back when checking out. The buffet breakfast was also very subpar for the amount paid as well. I would not stay here again especially for the price paid.
4.7
Nice centrally located hotel in Seattle. Good amenities. Loved the rooftop bar.
4.7
Beautiful hotel but not much of a view from our 12th floor room. The room, mondern and very nice beside the dirty floors. Wife walked bare foot and had black feet. Room service is tied to the on-site hotel and was having app problems during our stay so had to go downstairs to order. Valet parking drop off area is small, 3x cars. Had to do a lap around the block for a spot to open.
4.7
Staff is A , property is beautiful, area is amazing. We had problem with toilet not flushing, but we were given another room immediately. As said before, staff was A
4.7
This is a great place to stay in Seattle.
4.7
We had a nice stay overall but there were some issues. The rooftop bar is amazing - definitely make your reservation early since it books up. The shower and bed are nice. I was disappointed in our view because I specifically booked a “premium room with view” and in the images it shows a Space Needle view but when we arrived that was not our view. They told me that’s a special category that you can book but I didn’t see that option. The breakfast buffet was pretty disorganized. There was no one at the hostess stand to verify that we could go sit down in the buffet area. We finally found someone and she said we had to wait in line at the coffee shop area to “get a table number.” So that was a long wait just to be given a laminated piece of paper and told we could sit anywhere. No one even verified we had breakfast included or anything like that. So why did we have to wait in line? The food was good but they were out of several things when we went around 9:30 so the options were limited.
4.7
Nice hotel but AC unit was very noisy.
