A very peaceful place to stay for you and your family. Beautiful view from extremely comfortable condo, go fishing, bring your boat, and also enjoy swimming. Hot Springs National Park has plenty to offer for every personality! The living room has couch and loveseat with room for self-inflating queen air mattress is most comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children.

This place was Great! It had everything we needed they thought of everything from the Power cord strips in the Bedroom to Qtips in the Bathroom. The 2 lawn chairs,Fishing rods, life vests and floating tube came in handy. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable. Great place for 2 people. Check out rules were very simple you don’t have to jump through a bunch of Hoops just to leave. Good Location and we used the Deck overlooking the Lake cove every night

We have stayed in several condos along Lake Hamilton. I must say this was by far the cleanest. The view was so relaxing. It was a nice peaceful getaway.

It might have been perfect if it wasn't raining. Realizing no one had control over the weather, we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest for our short stay. The Condo was perfectly equipped. Thanks for the home away from home!

Such a cute home right on the lake! It was very clean, had extra blankets and pillows and even a queen air up mattress! Very quiet neighborhood, and easy access to everything! Phil was very responsive and checked on us to make sure we were doing good. I will be staying here again!

The condo was adorable and comfortable. The setting overlooking the lake was very relaxing. Everything we needed was provided. The location was away from the usual hustle but close enough to great dining and amusements to enjoy them. I would strongly recommend this property.

Great location, clean & comfortable, quiet at night, easy unloading with parking close to entry, freezer with ice, basic supplies & little extras, cushioned deck chairs & table with beautiful views right next to the lake!

Place was perfect. Two full bathrooms and one king size bed. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Had complimentary ice packs to take home leftovers, chocolates, a couple of waters, a couple of sodas etc, washer and dryer and even an air mattress if needed. Only thing it didnt have was a hair dryer. Loved the deck that overlooked the water! Didn’t hear anyone around us except the geese at night flying in.

One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. Great location and accessible to anything you feel like doing. Communication was fantastic with the property manager and he made himself available. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful place on the lake. Our host had everything we needed in the condo. Chocolates, refrigerated, drinks, coffee, and MANY towels which is always a major plus for me! Parking was excellent as you could park right up to the front door of the condo. Location was excellent as it was approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the Hot Springs national Park historical district. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit Hot Springs!

Property was clean and very thoughtful accommodations. They had complimentary beverages, and hygene products such as dental kits, and even coffee packs. They left chocolates and a thank you note. I was impressed. As a frequent traveler, normally we would pay for cleaning cost even though we have to do quite a bit of cleaning, washing, starting the diswasher and emptying the trash ourselves. They handled all of it. We were impressed and well taken care of. Our host/mgr were attentive made us feel right @ home. Beautiful views peaceful and serene. Highly recommend them. The condo was amazing. It was clean and everything was just as advertised. It was close enough to downtown to be easy to get to and far enough away to be clear of traffic. Very peaceful. Highly recommend!

My wife and I where here celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary we have not been to Hot Springs in about 15 years so we want a quiet place to stay and this was perfect, super clean right on the water just a short drive from downtown, our host was great, checking on us to make sure all our needs was meet, there was a nice note when we went in and chocolates, we could not have been more pleased we look forward to staying here next time we return

We came to play ball and this was a perfect little place. Nice, quiet and the water was right there for easy access. The steps down in the water was perfect. It was just minutes from a Kroger, Dollar Store, Walmart and other necessity shopping stores. We enjoyed the place and would love to come back.

Cindy and Phillip are great hosts and their place is awesome and was super clean! Has everything that you could think of and more-toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, lots of towels and a couple of beach towels and plenty of cooking utensils! Awesome views from the deck. Only 15 minutes from Hot Springs National Park. 5 minutes from Kroger and Walmart. We would definitely rent thier place again! Thank you both again very much!

We had to leave our home in Louisiana due to a severe windstorm that left over 250,000 people without power. We were given no hope the power would be restored quickly, so we escaped the heat to Hot Springs. We stayed at a hotel for two days, but quickly realized we wanted a more homelike experience. We found it at this cute and cozy condo! Immaculately clean, amenities GALORE, beautiful lakefront home. We were so happy to find this gem! Phillip was so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Very clean.right on the water. Pretty close to the attractions. Phillip was so gracious. We got stuck on a mountain because our water pump went out in our jeep and i texted phillip and he offered to come get us. We enjoyed sitting out back watching the water, ducks, birds, boats. Its a beautiful place to visit. Thank you for hosting us
