Clean, updated home located between Historic Downtown Savannah and Tybee beach.

Less than five minutes from restaurants, bars, Putt-Putt and batting cages, a farm stand, and grocery stores. The perfect spot for those visiting to explore the best of Savannah downtown and enjoy our fun and funky beach town, Tybee Island.

Walk to the Farmers Market or playground, both located on the same street as the house.

A wonderful place to stay. We really liked how it was located between Tybee and Savannah as well as the quiet neighborhood. The photos are great but I think we all felt it was even better in 'real life'--and honestly, how many times is that ever true?! For example, the lovely screened in porch with furniture and lights which we didn't even know about til we arrived. The owners were very welcoming as well and have taken care with thoughtful little touches such as a basket with toiletries for anyone who might have forgotten something. We'll hope to be back again soon! Also, the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful location between Savannah and Tybee. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Wonderful backyard. Property owners easy to work with. Perfect for a family.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! Since we had planned on exploring Savannah and the surrounding area, it was the perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but super close to the city and island. The neighborhood is great, clean and safe, and our kids enjoyed the outdoor space and the provided toys. The listing says no kids under 3 and we reached out to see if our 3-month-old would be allowed. Amy (one of the owners) went above and beyond to provide us with a bed for him and we are extremely thankful for that. The house is bright and spacious, and the kitchen extremely well equipped. We loved Savannah and would definitely like to stay here again!

The house was spotless, spacious and uncluttered. The owner was quick to respond to a minor request and very gracious. I was very paranoid about the white sofa so I ate and drank in the kitchen only. Would recommend for those who prefer a quiet residential neighborhood that requires a short drive to attractions. Would stay there again if we come back to Savannah.
