Comfortable and homely stay!

compact little cottage, which had everything we needed.

The neighborhood was quite industrial and the house is on a busy road.

a home away from home with all the comforts for a short stay. Comfy beds which is a huge bonus.

Host was friendly and accommodating, with prompt responses. The place exceeded my expectations. A home away from home. Beds super comfy. Place was very clean. And had everything you need for a short stay including comforts for kids. So much space for kids and adults, the bonus of a second sitting area.

My daughters loved the place. My eldest likes to cook when I visit, the kitchen had everything she needed. It was great to be able to relax with my girls and watch Disney.

Excellent cosy home and very central to town.

excellent beds and very well equipped. All the comforts of home, very well presented.

A cute home however due to the position was a little noisy however this could be because I’m not use to traffic and train noise.

Cosy, comfortable cottage with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

it was a lovely, clean and comfortable cottage. Easy to find and access . Great off street parking. Everything is provided for a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds. Great pressure in shower. We had a relaxed and comfortable stay.

The street was a bit noisy due to traffic and a dog barking but dissipated as the night went on. The towels were a bit thin .

excellent host. excellent location. if we are back in orange we are booking this again.

very clean. very nice touches - kids toys were great. trampoline in the backyard was also great fun and appreciate the hospatility in accommodating our needs.

The property was well presented and very well appointed plus it was clean and comfortable. Location to Restaurants etc was very good. Bonus was off street parking.

We booked two properties across 2 nights and they were both immaculately presented and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and re-book. The owners were fantastic and liaised with me consistently.

the cottage was exceptionally clean and had everything you’d possibly need. It was very comfortable and within walking distance to town.

It’s on a busy road and near a train line so a little noisy, but the cottage is so lovely it made up for it.

This cottage was beyond my expectations and made my little family feel comfortable whilst on our holiday.

the property was clean and tidy, facilities worked perfectly, the rooms were comfortable to reside in and it was a very pleasant experience with overall.

Quaint cosy cottage that has been beautifully renovated. Good value for money

This was a quaint and cosy cottage and the owners accommodated us beautifully.

The beds were too hard and I slept 2out of 3 nights on the lounge. I was unable to sleep in the bed. It is on a main road and near a train line and not in walking distance from shops or cafes

Great stay

Location, location. The cottage is close to everything, with off street parking. Communication with the host was very generous and helpful. The place has a home away from home feel which we loved. All the basics done really well.

The only thing that could have made the stay more comfortable was some extra heating options on a very cold day, one AC in lounge only.
