Belle étape à San Sebastián

Hôtel récent avec un excellent accueil. Chambre agréable avec literie confortable. Grande douche. Le petit frigo avec bouteilles d'eau et coca à disposition gratuitement ainsi que les capsules de café. Le stationnement gratuit dans la rue. Belle balade le long de la rivière pour aller dans le centre ville à environ 40 minutes de marche jusqu'à la mer. A 15 minutes de bus du centre ville (bus 26) pour le retour

Muy limpio y cómodo. Sin ruidos en una zona nueva,moderna y tranquila. Excelente y simpático trato del personal. Enhorabuena!!!

Todo muy bien. Quizás una cafetera para la habitación por decir algo pero todo lo demás fue genial. Muy recomendable.

Nos encantó el sitio y la experiencia de alojamiento sin complicaciones acceso fácil y sencillo a las habitaciones. Todo limpio y ordenado sobre todo destaco lo organizado y sencillo desde la reserva hasta la salida. Recomendable 100%

Fantàstic hotel

Llits molt còmodes, tot nou i molt net. També destaco que no hem sentit cap soroll que pugui molestar, ni despertar a ningú. A la vorera de davant, pots esmorzar o menjar, Txomin o al Ibaialde, súper bé!!! Davant de la porta, hi ha el bus urbà, que et deixa al centre/ platja, molt millor que anar amb el teu cotxe pel trànsit i t'evita pagar parking. El tracte també estupendo, i genial l'obsequi del cafè, infusió, i xuxes de recepció. Ho recomano 100%. Tornarem segur.

Modern, sauber & in neuwertigem Zustand Rainshower-Dusche TV mit Netflix, Prime etc Kühlschrank Bus in die City direkt vor der Tür (ca 20 min Fahrt) Renfe-Bahnhof in der Nähe (Loiola) Fluss und Grünflächen in der Nähe Lavazza-Kapselmaschine / Tee / Gebäck in der Lobby vorhanden 4 kleinere Lokale fußläufig erreichbar (für einfaches Frühstück / Abendessen)

Zimmer war im EG aber es gab ein Rollo & Außenjalousien

Cozy and modern rooms

The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. The room was very modern and luxurious with a clean and large bathroom. The double bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with bedsheets and towels changed. There were plenty of power sockets and a modern TV. They supply coffee capsules which can be used with the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was really helpful - we had a minor issue in one of the rooms which was resolved quickly. Even though the apartment is located further away from the center, there was frequent public transport as well as parking spaces.

The sound isolation wasn't the best - you could hear people walking and talking in the corridors. There wasn't a mirror in the room - only the one above the bathroom sink.

Great value for money, although it's a compromise on location.

The room/bathroom was spotless, nice size and bright. It was ground floor and exposed to passing foot traffic, but it's a quiet neighbourhood so that didn't inconvenience me at all. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was speedy and easy. Tea and coffee making facilities in reception was a nice touch.

It's a little way out from the centre, in what looks like a newish development, so there are not too many cafés etc close by (although the one around the corner where I had breakfast was fine). In fairness, there are two bus stops within 50m with regular access to the city center (€1.85 per trip, cash or card; about 15/20 minutes). There's also a train station (Loiola Station) across the road with connections to San Sebastian and Gros stations (day return for €4ish; journey time of 4/6 minutes) in the city centre. Personally, I was in San Sebastian for sightseeing and sun, rather than nightlife. As such, I was happy to compromise on location for such good value and nice, quiet surroundings.

Sehr angenehme Aufenthalt

Alle Zimmer liegen in Erdgeschoss; Neuwertig und modern; Gute akustische Isolierung, man hört zum Beispiel das Klappen der Türe im Flur nicht; Fenster mit Schallschutz, man hört den Verkehr auf der Strasse nicht; Klimaanlage; Genial: neben der Rezeption das Angebot von Kaffeeautomat und Teemaschine, mit verschiedenen Teesorten, Zucker und kleine Keks. Wirklich tolle Idee! Sympathische Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption; Ich empfehle

Es ist ein Wohngebiet, viele Parkplätze aber auch viele Bewohner, man muss etwas Geduld haben, um einen Stellplatz zu finden. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das ist nicht viel, aber auch nicht unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Dafür aber gibt es ein paar Lokale in der Nähe, wo man etwas trinken kann.

Heel fijn hotel in de buurt van San Sebastian

De locatie was prima voor onze doorreis, dichtbij de afrit van de snelweg. Check-in was dmv het opsturen van een foto van je paspoort (omdat wij laat aankwamen) en we kregen een deur code. Werkte allemaal perfect. Koelkastje op de kamer en waterkoker en koffiemachine op de gang waren echt top! Zeker als je op doorreis bent en vroeg wil vertrekken (en wat spullen koud wil houden 's nachts), is dit een grote plus. Fijne bedden, fijne douche/badkamer. En we kregen een tip voor een restaurant op 10-15min lopen wat erg lekker was! Via de Booking app

Very nice and well decorated newly room, super clean and nice owner of the hotel, highly recommended to everyone who is going to San Sebastián! I will definitely choose again if I visit the city! Very modern decoration!

Une excellente étape à URBAIA ROOMS

Un accueil chaleureux, une excellente literie, un emplacement dans un quartier calme avec un arrêt de bus à quelques pas qui permet d'accéder à la vielle ville en 15 à 20 mn, font que nous reviendrons sans hésiter avec grand plaisir !

Increíble estancia. Estuvimos muy cómodos, la habitación está muy bien pero el baño es una pasada! Nos gustó mucho la localización, lo tranquilos que estuvimos, la amabilidad de las chicas de recepción y lo limpio que estaba todo. Volveríamos a repetir la experiencia ya que para nosotros fue un 10/10.

Exceptional

This was such a comfortable, relaxing stay in a lovely area. It was great to leave the car and just walk around the corner to jump on the bus to Old Town. Staff were very responsive and helpful. This was of the best stays of our trip.
