Awesome rental. Plenty of room for each couple to have their own space hot tub to socialize and the ice cream truck we whistled down. Great time had by all and after Labor Day when kids back in school was soooooo quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was immaculate. Bedrooms very nice king beds great. Living area not really roomy enough for 10 people a dishtowel or 2 would have been nice. Paid a huge cleaning fee,didn’t feel like threat of $100.00 fee for not doing a couple tasks was appropriate. Overall-nice place to stay.

The condo was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils, spices and dishes. The drip coffee maker does not work but makes lots of gurgling noise. Clean throughout though. Beds were very comfortable. We were accessed a hot tub fee even though we never used it. THE REALLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT WE BOOKED THIS PLACE BECAUSE WE WERE GOING TO BE SPENDING A LOT OF TIME TALKING ON THE DECK WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE LAKE…WE HAD ABSOLUTE ZERO VIEW OF THE LAKE WITH THE TREES THAT BLOCKED THE VIEW.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 6 nights in the beautiful Merlot Mountain home and would highly recommend this spacious property. Our family of 9 had more than enough room to spend together inside and on the wonderful deck spaces. Laundry facilities on both upper and lower floors was a bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub and community pool. The house still smelled "new" and was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes and appliances. Location provided easy access to all our excursions in the Branson area. This was definitely our best vacation rental thus far. Prior to our arrival we received a phone call from Sunset Realty making sure we had our code for entry and assuring us that we could contact them with any requests or issues. If you plan to visit the Branson area you could not do better than Sunset Nightly Rentals. A big thank you to Dustin and the rest of the team for helping us to create family memories.

Absolutely perfect home for the 14 of us-great house setup for the college age/teenage kids and adults as well. Keeping all happy is never easy and this place did! Pools were smaller than expected from pictures though. We never used them as a result.

Merlot Mountain was the perfect house to accommodate a family of 10 with ages ranging from 1 year old to 70 years old. The property manager called the day of arrival to see if we had any questions or needed anything for our trip. The house was beautiful, rooms were nice sized, and two amazing covered decks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time in the home. We LOVED the deck that had a privacy wall and an outdoor television. We utilized all three decks and the hot tub as well. It was close to the state marina, where we spent a day. There was a small problem with our reservation and the company communicated with us and made sure we were taken care of! The only thing we would recommend would be another hot pad or two! :)
