Lovely appartment, great location, worth the money!

The apartament is new renovated and everything looks and works great. It is located 2 metro stations from the city centre and the metro station is very close. There is an inside garden with a playgroud for children that I especialy enjoyed (the kids not me but you get it) :) it is also on the ground floor so easy with strolers.

The clothes dryer was not cleaned but we managed. It was nice they had one.

Exceptional

The flat was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has all possible equipment and kitchen utensils. Very welcoming staff.

All was great! Only suggestion: it would be good to have additional separate toilet :)

Broken shower, bad customer service - would not recommend

- Good location for city trips (close to metro, close to football stadium, restaurants & grocery stores nearby)

- shower was broken which is not acceptable. shower head only dropped a few water drops while the middle of the head had too much pressure so that it hurt like needle stitches. They told us it might be around settings but the shower was simply broken (they offered to „have a look“ the next day but we only stayed 2 nights so no real help for us. They also did not offer any refund for not having a shower in a very expensive apartment- very poor) - Staff who handed over the apartment was very friendly but captured credit card data „for her boss“ on paper (including CVV number which seems very weird) - compared to other apartments very bad value for money, especially with a broken shower very overpriced - would not recommend this apartment after our overall experience

Excellent stay in a great location in a fantastic city.

Great location. Very clean. Good size accommodation.

Kitchen definitely needs more crockery, cooking pans and utensils. The apartment felt very hot (there was a heat wave at the time!), but we were out for most of the day, so it didn’t really matter. Other guests might appreciate a TV, but again for us, it didn’t really matter.

Modern and spacious apartment. Close to metro and good connection to city centre.

Apartment and notably the kitchen was not well cleaned. Some of the glasses and drawers were still dirty. No coffee machine or water boiler. Only very basic dishes, insufficient for an apartment up to 6 persons.
