The property boasts exceptional historic elements, from the intricate crown molding to the sturdy all-brick exterior, and the exquisite original woodwork, all of which contribute to its unique charm and character. The residence blends the allure of the past with contemporary touches, offering the perfect fusion of old-world charm and modern elegance. Every detail, from the fixtures to the furnishings, was carefully selected.
While all of the bedrooms are well proportioned, some are particularly spacious, measuring over 200 square feet.
Boasting one of the largest yards in the downtown area, the property features two covered porches, mature trees, and a charming gravel patio. Guests can enjoy the spacious and serene outdoor setting, perfect for relaxation or entertaining.
Each bedroom and common area is outfitted with a 4K UHD Smart TV and the internet speed clocks in at a lightening fast 900 MBS. Cable TV is available on 6 of the TV's.
The driveway has ample space to accommodate up to 6 vehicles, and the garage provides an additional two parking spots. In addition, guests can take advantage of the hassle-free and complimentary street parking. For those who prefer public transportation, a bus stop conveniently sits right outside the property.
To ensure optimal temperature control and comfort, each room in the house is equipped with its own air conditioning unit, while central heating is available throughout the property. This allows guests to customize the temperature according to their personal preferences and ensures a cozy and pleasant stay.
Please note that if all occupants are unrelated, the maximum occupancy is 12. However, if guests are related, the occupancy limit can increase up to 24. We understand that this can be confusing, so please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
