Lovely, cozy place to sit back and enjoy.

What was not to like. Spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. Big bathroom. Awesome breakfast! Great team working there. Close to downtown Ann Arbor.

Did not prefer the on-street parking. But it was not a busy street and alway got a space by the entrance.

Peaceful and homey feel to this BnB

The breakfast menu was fabulous, and served in porcelain service, which is much appreciated (a nice change from plastic and paper). The warm welcome. The free street parking. The peace and quiet in this lovely garden.

We stayed in the Carriage house and one of the bedroom has no window (this is structural), but that room tended to not get fresh air from the outside. Maybe if you are thinking of renovating some day - building a couple of windows into the wall behind the house would be an opportunity to open up both the bethroom and that bedroom to help fresh air circulation.

Like finding the key to a secret garden, this historic home has everything needed for a beautiful and restful stay.

The property was unique, beautiful, quiet and interesting!

Cold shoulder reception

The grounds are lovely, the breakfast was delicious.

The self serve aspect was deplorable. No human contact except on the phone. Check yourself in, order your food via phone, very cold reception. Room had no water to drink, no Kleenex, only 1 fan to share between 2 sleeping areas. Carriage room bottom floor is useless and stiffly decorated, musty smell. Needs attention!

Convenient, lovely property. Nice room, great breakfast and breakfast staff.

Room not cool when entered. Very warm night, cooled slightly with A/C when turned on.

AC unit too close to the bed blowing cold air directly on you.

the logistics like the paper walls and people on the lawn by our window practicing flag throwing at 9 pm and we were trying to sleep

Pleasant, generally comfortable for overnight visit to UM campus. Favorable location.

Breakfast had varied options and well presented. Staff was friendly and responsive.

A B&B depends on personalized service (unlike a hotel). Staff greeting and welcoming with "personalized care" was absent and then relegated to complicated internet breakfast ordering. Bed was too soft and therefore somewhat uncomfortable.

The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spectacular . The host Daisy is delightful and helpful.

Too much information on digital greetings and rules. Ordering breakfast the night before requires some digital savy

We especially liked the fairytale-vibes we got from it and the themed rooms!

Charming inn, cozy setting, great breakfast

Charming B&B, loved the themed room--we stayed in the Harry Potter room. Great attention to detail with the decorating.Fireplace made the room extra cozy. Delicious breakfast. Easy 20 min walk to Michigan Stadium.

Very comfortable night in charming surroundings.

Breakfast was outstanding, with a wonderful selection of just-prepared food. The room was very comfortable, and the decor (pirates, princesses, dragons) was very charming. The location about a mile from the University of Michigan campus is perfect, and on-street parking was plentiful. I easily walked to the campus.
