Scam for profit

We went to stay at this resort for a day as a family we checked in at 4pm and check out time was 10am as we were 10 mins late we didn't get our deposit money back the owner MANOJ VERMA made us restless and kept on arguing to take the deposit money back he wasted an hour and at last when he had no choice he gave us only half of the amount of the deposit money .His hospitality and service to the customers were rude and harsh and he did not give us a proper explanation for his fault. And they did not let us use the facilities of the resort properly and kept on pestering us to check out even tho we only exceeded 10 mins .This resort maintenance was tragic and unhygienic the rooms which we stayed in was 1002 and 2009 the bed sheets had untidy stains all over and the kitchen appliances were untidy .we request others to not repeat this mistake and choose a better accommodation for a stress free trip .we only got half of our refund money and this resort do not have a proper licence for ongoing which is illegal.NEVER CHOOSE THIS RESORT !

The customer sevice towards us .Scams which the owner does for his profit .And unhygienic rooms .Balcony had rats left over which was over the limit

Rude owner and staffs

Property is big, they provide complete 1/2 bhk house with kitchen

1. Owner is very rude, and she doesn’t even treat you as a normal human. Forget about being treated as a guest or customer. 2. They have mentioned “24 hr front desk”. This is kinda misleading because when you say front desk it means there has to be a place which makes guest comfortable before checking, they have water, fan etc. What they actually have is just a security guard, which they call front desk. 3. Host didn’t even offer to help us picking up the luggage, when lift was not working due to local power issue. We picked our luggage having a 4 year old kid. 4. When we arrived in the property, there was somebody else’ cloths in the machine and when I refused host’s request to take it back after 10 min, he passed a very rude gesture. 5. Pool was dirty

The rooms were clean and maintained. Facilities were good.

For check in we had a really bad experience as the security guard wanted the id proof for all the kids along with the adults. We were at the security desk close to an hour. After which they agreed to let us in only on one condition that we will share the id proofs via watsapp. Also they asked us to pay 3k as deposit which they said be returned on thw day of check out. They kept calling us and asking us to share the details while we still getting sometime to breathe after 17 hours road journey. We had aged parents and kids too. During check out the house cleaning staff came at 10 and started asking my parents to vacate the room instantly. They did not have courtesy to wait and check with the owner if they could give us some time as we had 5 kids and it was difficult to vacate it instantly. Finally we were able to vacate it after an hour and the owner deducted 1k from the security deposit and said we vacated it late hence the deduction. While we obliged in scorching heat talking to the security guard for close to 45 mins they did not consider this during check out as courtesy and deducted the amount for late checkout. Overall a really bad experience as this was my 7th visit to Goa in the past year

amazing.

well the property is beautiful, staff is also very pleasant, helps in every way possible. we stayed in an apartment which was amazing. pool was also very clean and tidy. overall great eperience.

space for vehicle parking. there are two properties of the same name, could have been more clear about it. check in and check out is via phone and not at the property, could look into it as well.

Big & spacious living area keeping in mind small but necessary utilities are provided.

No bath mats in toilets . Small thing but makes a lot of difference.

No hot water facility for bathing.. Approaching the host was a disaster as he doesn't pick calls, finally he said "we have provided electric kettle and gas stove you can heat the water yourself" Literally ruined my vacation. Also deducted a part of my security deposit.

Felt like staying at home and had a quiet room

The location and the room was clean and tidy

No good parking, as it was first come first serve basis with limited spaces. There was no sheets or blankets provided which can be done for better comfort for the guests

the property is good but no hot water as promised not a good staff we need to communicate to owner through what’s he never picks calls there are no double blanket for couple they sone bed sheet and asked to use it. if u stay for long no room service daily which is not at all good . overall not that pleasant stay

Nothing to like about the rooms, no service at all. If you want to enjoy holidays then never ever book this hotel.

I have visited goa 7 times in last 10 years and this is the worst stay ever in terms of everything. No hospitality, nothing was there. I wanted to write many things which we didn't like but then I stopped my self in between. If this site does not remove my comment then I would like you guys to read it all and give a big thought before booking. Nothing is good over here. If somehow the hotel guys will try to show our image as negative tourist then in advance Im telling that during our stay one sofa leg broke and we paid for that damage so no issues there. But the points I jotted down are totally different and if you really want to enjoy your stay without spoiling your mood then again I'm repeating, please do not book this hotel at all. 1) I booked 3 rooms and there was no one to help you. No service at all. 2) In 2 bhk they provided only one mat at front door and no foot mats available in bathroom and when asked to provide one more then they said jo hai whi use kro. Ya to khud market se la lo. 3) When asked that pillow is not provided for extra bedding then they started arguing and when we asked to send someone to check and then they said ki we will send and agar extra pillow mila to we will fine you. I mean what non sense is this and still I agreed to that also but no one came. 4) Over to this they said itne subah we picked your phone wahi badi bat hai ( we checked in early, around 9:00 am and paid early check in charge as well). They were behaving like they owed to us by booking that hotel. 5) Most of the time no electricity was there, none of the charging point was working. 6) No one will greet you at the entry. The guard at the gate also will not help you. 7) They communicate with you over phone only. At the time of check in we called them several times and not able to connect. We waited for 45 mins at the gate and after continuously calling finally the guy picked and then we got the keys. If you fail to contact then you have to stand there till...
