Located in Lincoln Station, this comfortable, spacious 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath townhouse has everything you need, steps away with access to The Pemi River, close to Loon Mountain, and within walking distance to many area restaurants. An extremely cozy living space, large dining table, full kitchen, bar, oversized couch with a large screen TV, and gas fireplace with Mini Split Air Conditioning. Relax with a book and coffee on the back deck with a gas grill. Walk across the street to the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and game room. Shuttle bus from the front door to the mountain runs seasonally. Fully equipped with Washer and Dryer, towels and linens, air conditioning, fireplace, and WIFI. Additional air conditioners in each king suite.

Immaculately kept property with all the amenities. I contacted the host for a broken item. Fixed quickly and response time was A++++. My family and I had some hard core monopoly times , games were an asset. Also for the old schoolers.....Atari console game was a huge hit for all. Spacious condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to Clarks Bears, the Flume and on yes the outdoor adventure safari. Thanks to the Butler Family for an amazing vacation get a way.

We stayed here on our family vacation to the NE & it. Was just perfect! The condo was peaceful, had great board games & the beds were very comfortable. The location is walkable to town & the owners were very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Home and location worked perfectly for our family 7 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space for everyone , large dinning room table and living room. Lots of fun in pool and venturing down to the river .

We stayed at Butler's Family getaway for two nights and we loved it! The location was perfect, a short walk to the river and very close to the indoor and outdoor pool area. The house was very spacious with enough seating for the whole family. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms too. The communication with the host was great with quick responses to any questions. We would definitely rent again.

We had an excellent stay at this property even despite the bad weather. Very clean and well organized property with great amenities. Close to downtown Lincoln and nice spots to view and enjoy the Pemigewasset River. Overall an excellent experience with family. Hosts are great people, place is very comfortable for two families of 4-5. Gas fireplace is super cozy after a day on the slopes. The shuttle to the mountain is a game changer as parking fills up fast. Teens can come and go as they please giving the parents some well deserved peace! Club house with pool, hit tub, and sauna is also great!

The set up of this condo is perfect for two families, with two master bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space and bedrooms in the basement. House is very, very well stocked and decorated adorably! John is super easy to work with and even tried to help us come up ideas for the kids in the rain. Location for skiing at Loon is perfect too. Will definitely try and book again.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was much larger than we needed, providing all 3 of our teenage children their own room. Unfortunately it rained everyday of our stay but the condo gave us a relaxing, clean space to still enjoy precious family time. We thoroughly enjoyed several of the stocked board games, watched movies together on the oversized sectional in the living room, cooked a large breakfast and enjoyed eating in this beautiful setting every morning. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential kitchen utensils and appliances. Bathrooms were clean and ample. Our boys, ages 12&14, loved walking over to the river using a path behind the pool house. Very pretty spot. Host was responsive and pleasant.

The Butler's Family Getaway was a great destination for our family vacation of with two families. Instructions for when you arrive were very clear and contained everything we needed to know. When we walked in the condo was extremely clean. We got a call from John a little later that evening to check in which was great. The shuttle to and from the mountain was helpful when we did not want to drive. We really enjoyed our stay at the Butler's Family Getaway.

A very welcoming ski/vacation condo within walking distance to most local restaurants. Large dining room table/ large couch with working fireplace. Excellent location to be able to walk, or bike. Part of the Lincoln Center condos, outdoor patio area if temps are right, gas grill on deck. we were 2 couples, 1 single. Felt like we were just borrowing a friends place. Host very communicative. Loved it. Hope to be able to book again.

Stayed here during the Highlands Games and it was a wonderful place, very spacious, clean and everything we needed. The location was great being close by to some restaurants and retail. Loved the extra living area on the bottom floor. Spent some time in the deck with the fire pit. Would love to stay again in the future and highly recommend, great host.

We stayed at Butler’s Getaway this past week with our two kids and had the best time! From the moment we walked in, the condo looked and smelled amazing. All the rooms were spacious and had everything you’d need for a week long stay. I had a few questions after arriving and John got back to me immediately and was so helpful and accommodating. We’ve stayed at many condos in NH and this was by far our favorite. We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic Summer Vacation in the White Mountains

We stayed here for 9 nights in July and had a wonderful time. This is a new listing I believe, so you might expect some kinks, but there weren't any at all. The place is decorated very nicely and well appointed. We grilled one night and made a few breakfasts and the condo had everything we needed. The location was very convenient, especially since it is a short walk to Black Mountain Burger and Common Man restaurants. There is also river access right by the unit, and my kids liked the river there as much as some of the more famous swimming holes in the area. Owner was also exceptionally responsive to any questions we had. Only tiny negative was that the outdoor pool wasn't heated, but the pool is in a lovely setting and has a nice deep end. Overall an excellent place to stay.
