Property owner claimed extra charges for some damages but it wasn’t happening by us.

Property was not cleaned and for that unclean property owner changed me and he claimed that something damaged by us but it wasn’t . Totally disappointing owner

Great apartment to explore Clapham and Battersea.

The apartment was in a good location, and it was warm when we arrived on a very cold day! It had everything provided that you need, except for washing up liquid! Anup was very helpful, gave clear guidance on everything with videos and photos. The availability to park was perfect and much needed in this part of London.

Nothing really. It's not luxurious as described, but quite basic. However, it's clean and warm and the photos show what to expect so we were very happy.

Perfect spot for family stay

Very good communication, easy access via lock box. The kitchen, dinning room/ lounge worked well with coffee, tea, sugar, and most other things you can think of. Very well set up with 3 bedrooms to cater for all the family.

A misunderstanding over a blind breaking due to being poorly installed caused a minor problem. Once the owner understood the problem, it was arranged to be repaired. Very prompt responses.

The location was good for our trip. The free parking was a brilliant perk.

The apartment stank, there were little balls in the sink which smelt like sewage. The beds were very firm. The whole apartment was far too hot, made worse by the stench.

Great location, amazing host, clean and tidy

Everything was amazing, we stayed for 3 weeks and the host made sure we had enough toiletries etc before we got there, rooms were spacious and location was amazing!

Drains in bathroom and kitchen drained slowly but not really a problem.

It was a brilliant little home with plenty of room. Everything was really convenient, the owner was nice and the location was good, only ~5 minutes from tube station. It also had different stores and facilities nearby, so I'd highly recommend it.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. My family and I felt welcomed, the staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great price quality

The self check-in was very convenient and the owner was always very quick in replying us. The apartment was bigger than expected and had a well equipped kitchen (even though we didn't use it). There were also many adaptors which was particularly nice.

The shower was not very good in mixing hot and cold water, so sometimes it came out slightly too hot and sometimes slightly colder but overall it wasn't a problem.

the location in the quiet, clean area exceeded my expectations. A place I will return to. bigger than it seems from the photos

even if the dishwasher was temporarily broken, we were notified ahead of time and this fact was not a problem

Great Location, close to Brixton (perfect if you're visiting o2 Academy Brixton) Double car parking space Shop/Grocery store 5 mins walk away

If I had to pick something, it only one bathroom. A little inconvenient when there's a number of you (there were 6 of us)

Spacious and very well equipped apartment with fantastic free parking outside the door!

Spacious. Well equipped. Response time from host amazing! Parking fantastic! Charger leads supplied. Crockery and cutlery and all quality utensils in good condition.

Unfortunately the boiler was not working properly so hot water was an issue during our stay- the host was unaware of until we informed them when we left. Mattress and pillow protectors were not provided but the host has said they will now provide them. The host was exceptional in communication so I have confidence that they will do it. They need to supply a kitchen sink plug too.. again host has said they will do this. Would absolutely definitely stay again if looking for accommodation in this area again!

Definitely recommend but better quality bed bases .

Great location, felt secure and was clean and well equipped. Great to have parking too and small outside space was also a bonus .

Matress very comfy but wooden bed very creaky and against wall so had to climb over each other to get out to loo in night . Dining area decor but that's just not our personal taste , rather dated , would be better plain and more modern.

The apartment was much more spacious than I thought it would be judging by the pictures. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. It also had everything you would need from a well equipped kitchen, amenities and bathroom! Would happily stay again!

We would definitely book again, easy and recommend to families that don’t want to pay for extra hotel rooms!

The property had everything our family needed for our visit. Parking was a must for our visit so this was excellent for that as parking in London is so hard to come by. The small touches from the host were very welcomed such as the games, welcome biscuits etc. Location was great for us to get to the tube, with everything we needed close by. The host was easily contactable for anything we needed throughout our stay.

We would definitely suggest one room with two single beds as we came with our son and daughter who didn’t want to share a double bed so our son slept on the camp bed which was provided in the second bedroom. This wasn’t an issue but a proper bed would have been better.
