The room was a very good size and open style. Indoor pool was a nice touch (gets quite cold during evenings in the Monterey Bay). Gym. Very good complimentary breakfast selection. Staff was good.
A little pricey but for what you got compared to hotels along the coast, It was fine. A bar in house would have been great.

Alles war modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück wurde in einem angenehmen Ambiente angeboten typisch amerikanisch mit Einweggeschirr aber daran haben wir uns mittlerweile auf unserer Reise gewöhnt. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die 17 mile Road Einschätzung Carmeloder Monteray zu besuchen

Rowdy neighbors, not just with our room but 2 other rooms that family occupied and not next to each other, lots of noise from street as well.

Das Zimmer (Suite) ist sehr groß und geräumig. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Pool ist warm, wenn auch eher klein, aber völlig ok. Es gab die ganze Zeit Kaffee und Tee an der Rezeption. Für einen Zwischenstop ein gut gelegenes Hotel. Walmart, eine Tankstelle und Dennys direkt nebenan. Zum Strand sind es nur 10min zu Fuß. Toller Strand, sehr weitläufig, toller Sand! Es ist hier aber sehr nebelig und eher kalt, viel bewölkt.
Eine der Rezeptionistinnen war gelangweilt und nicht sehr freundlich, aber hat meine Fragen beantwortet.
Das Frühstück war nicht meins, sehr einfach. Etwas Toast, Bagels, Muffins - eigentlich nur Süsses und wenn herzhaft, dann gebratene Würstchen.

The breakfast was great, lots of options for our 10 person group aged from 4-71. The teens loved the indoor pool. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows.
The only problem was parking, but I’m finding that just about every where we stop on this trip.

Absolutely loved the staff and how friendly they were. Especially after locking myself out of my room and losing my key card in the same visit.
Um, maybe some extra options for the TV aside Netflix and YouTube. But other than that, I didn't find anything that I didn't like. I was ok with the parking fee too because I get it.

Very clean , comfortable bed comfortable pillows the room was nice and big and a beautiful breakfast.
The only downfall, which was really not a big deal, but kind of confusing what’s having to put my key card in the slot in the wall for the lights to come on I had to get my key card every time even in the middle of the night because my husband is disabled so it was a little nerve-racking.

New, very clean, convenient location. Standard filling continental breakfast. Quiet room - seems to be a good sound insulation materials used during the construction. The only comment is a barm sliding door without a lock separating the living area and a bathroom: it feels like no privacy.

Great place close to the sea. About 15-20 minutes to walk to the center. Nice inside pool and we appreciated the work out facilities. Good breakfast!

New hotel so it was very clean. Room was very comfortable and roomy. There is no restaurant but the complimentary breakfast was great!! Staff was very attentive, even text me after I checked in to see how I liked the room. It was also great having the tv with Netflix and music. I will stay again!
Not much for leaving negative comments. But the toilet was too low. Having a bad hip, it was hard for me to get up. Having to use a key card to turn lights on was confusing. It wasn't explained to me when i checked in. I eventually figured it out.

Good location. Good freeway access. Very clean. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast and breakfast area was nice. Heavy chairs on a tile floor were VERY LOUD when moved and was kind of distracting for those around you. Soft slides on the chairs would be good.
Dog in the room across the hall from us. Barked a fair amount and was a little annoying at night.

The lady at the front desk that changed our room was very nice and helpful.
We got to a room, unpacked, laid down to rest before leaving to dinner. Noticed it was hot. Oh well, the A/C didn’t work… really? They came and checked and it couldn’t be fixed.
We had to pack everything again to move to another room. OK, that can happen, but then we were in a room where the exhaust fan in the bathroom never quieted… yes that’s right, it NEVER stopped making noise. All the time, all night. It drove us crazy.
Another thing is that of 2 elevators one didn’t work. and it took forever to be able to get down/up.
For what we paid for this hotel we would have expected much better.
Very disappointed.
