Malgré le petit désagrément dû aux bruits de la rue, j’avais des bouchons d’oreille et nous avons passé une bonne courte

L’accès (avec pavé numérique) à la chambre et celle ci sont parfaitement propres, j’ai apprécié particulièrement le diffuseur de parfum dans tous les couloirs, c’était nickel !

Un petit bémol pour le bruit de la rue, et lumière à une des 2 fenêtres sans volet, notre chambre donnant sur cette rue particulièrement bruyante, même si le jour était propice aux sorties nocturnes (vendredi et fêtes de la musique !)

J’ai passé un super séjour 😍

Établissement propre,confortable et magnifique. Tout est parfait à l’intérieur. La douche est nickel👌 La cuisine est top 👍. Je vous le conseille et elle est très proche de la gare de Limoges 😊

Idéale pour une nuit dans un cadre professionnel.

L'emplacement en centre ville avec un petit Market en face qui reste ouvert jusqu'à minuit. Les équipements qui permettent de faire un peu de cuisine.

Je viens très régulièrement (tous les mois en général) et question propreté c’est toujours impeccable, bravo. Café et thé toujours en quantité suffisante.

Très bon séjour. Adresse à conserver pour de futurs déplacements sur Limoges.

Facilité pour se garer. Quartier calme. Récupération des clés très pratique (boîte à clés). Transmission des informations par le propriétaire adéquate (par sms). Logement au dernier étage, aucun autre sur le palier = calme. Immeuble bien sécurisé. Logement très fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé.

Un très bel endroit aménagé avec goût et de façon très fonctionnelle, à proximité de tout !

La réactivité immédiate des propriétaires pour trouver ensemble, la veille des fêtes, une réponse pratique et une solution à ma demande particulière. Merci beaucoup à eux !

Très bon compromis à Limoges pour les familles

Bel emplacement, beaux volumes, literies ultra confortables, salle de bain bien agencée et spacieuse. Très proche gare, parking payant (mais tarif raisonnable) facile à trouver, Un peu plus loin, toujours à pied, quartier cinéma art et essai et bistrots branchés.

Location en ligne, pas de contact avec le personnel, Variété d'ustensiles cuisine trop juste, Fermeture volets mécaniques d'un autre âge

Studio parfait pour une nuit étape, tout est neuf !

Studio très bien aménagé dans bâtiment très propre, bien situé , tout a été refait récemment. J'ai trouvé une place facilement dans la rue juste en face (payant). La literie était très bonne. Parfait pour une nuit d'étape sur la route des vacances.

Tout est neuf mais bâtiment de conception ancienne avec une mauvaise isolation des planchers (pas de bruit de TV ou de discussions mais on entend beaucoup les pas du logement au dessus)

Room was comfortable and clean, so was the bathroom.

Perfect location. Room was clean and functional and very near to the station. To be noted though that the rooms are on the 1st floor without lift which is a problem if ,like me, you have a mobility issue

Propriétaire très réactif , chambre et établissement très propre et bien aménagé, situation géographique au top, proche gare et commerce , faciliter pour se garer. Discrétion

Le lit était confortable mais la literie pourrait être améliorée au regard du reste de la chambre qui gagnerait ainsi encore plus en cachet.

Court séjour facilité et rendu agréable par la Villa Vlas. On s'y sent presque comme chez soi !

Plus qu'une chambre, un agréable studio. L'espace, l'autonomie (tout se fait par codes). Une superette ouverte jusqu'à minuit juste en face et surtout la proximité de la gare. Super concept ! Merci aux propriétaires qui ont de plus soigné la décoration, très cosy

Enjoyable & brilliant value.

This was a really enjoyable place. Nice & compact & clean. Looks like it had been freshly painted & decorated. Really easy excess to the building with passcodes for each of the 3 doors to the property. It was close to the Railway station & not to far from the City centre.

Emplacement à côté de la gare. A 10 minutes du centre-ville. Belle chambre. Rénovation de grande qualité.

Pas de rideau. Sachant que les fenêtres donnent sur la rue et ses lampadaires. Les draps sentaient mauvais. Probablement la fumée de cigarette

Great value in Limoges

Clean with great facilities. A good kitchen with enough appliances for you to be self sufficient food wise. A small supermarket across the street is a bonus. A small table and two chairs makes self catering complete. Entering the property is easy, just follow the codes and instructions that are supplied. We arrived earlier than the check in time and was greeted by a lovely young woman who was just completing our room and she let us in. The property is just 5min walk to the railway station and about 20min to the centre of Limoges. Good value.

For us, the mattress was a bit hard.

Really pleasant! After a really terrible stay in a previous city, this was a breadth of fresh air.

The location of the apartment was excellent for train travellers as it was directly opposite the train station. The town itself was only a 15 minute walk away so the apartment was in easy reach and the check in process was very easy. I was even able to check in early which was a bonus. The cleanliness of the apartment was good.

In general the one bedroom apartments are very small such that there is nowhere to hang your clothes or store your luggage comfortably. You are able to make do if you don’t have a huge amount of luggage. Also the complex is really hard to find as there is no signage outside. I think the complex would benefit from at least a little signage to help you find it. I had to guess.

Great location near to the iconic station. Easy street parking right outside which fairly reasonable. Good Nespresso machine.Great shower.

Didn't like being on the ground floor as it was noisy when other guests came and went through the front door. It was hotter on the ground floor and the window opened onto the internal courtyard.

Fantastic accommodation near the main station.

I booked at very short notice. Whilst check-in was normally at 4pm, they said I could be in by 2pm and I only booked at 11.30am. Getting in was easy; the room was pristine and had everything I needed.
