This waterfront oasis features a comfortable living room with plenty of space for the whole group to gather. Cook together in the well-appointed kitchen complete with an island and stainless steel appliances. At night, rest well in the 4 comfortable bedrooms, each of which has a TV.

Additional conveniences include a private washer/dryer, dock access with shore power and water, and a beach just a few minutes away.

Our Treasure Trove - Mermaids Cove unit offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will accommodate a total of 11 guests.

This light and airy condo boasts a well-maintained interior featuring a King bed in the Primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony. The third bedroom has a King bed. They share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin Bunk beds. Hallway bath features a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath in the hallway.

Treasure Trove is nestled in a unique and private location, but close to area beaches, restaurants, and shops. It boasts a waterfront infinity pool, grills, and boat and fishing docks. Just behind the condo is the Intercoastal Waterway, perfect for beautiful views and plentiful sightings of dolphins and manatees. You will not want to miss this fabulous vacation opportunity with fun for everyone.

WHAT’S NEARBY:
Treasure Trove is situated on Boca Ciega Bay on the barrier island of Treasure Island. There are many local restaurants within a five-minute walk. Treasure Island boasts miles of gorgeous white sand beaches and that 'Old Florida' feel. The famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed into a shopping area, is just two miles away. It’s home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars, John's Pass Village has something for everyone.

•Parking notes: Assigned parking is available for two vehicles. Guest parking is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed
• This is a condo building of 4 units and no loud parties are allowed.

-Dock water levels typically around 8 ft, but this can change with changing tides
-1 parking spot for a boat up to 30', $199 + taxes per week

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our large party. We rented Treasure Trove and had Mermaid, Buccaneer, and Flying Dutchman. They were so well accommodated. We even had beach towels and items such as chairs to take to the beach. The Kayaks and paddle boards were also fun to use. Our units were very clean. The pool and dock area were very nice. The location is very close to John’s Pass and other shopping/restaurants.Foxys and Crabby’s on the pass are delicious. We had some issues with parking and the management responded promptly and were a huge help. I highly recommend this location!

The space was large and well-maintained, with perfect parking spots and convenient elevators for groceries. The pool was excellent, and the dock offered an amazing view. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so disappointed with our stay. If you book, I feel like it’s super important to know what you’re getting into. There are 4 total rentals in this space. We were on the first level and had a family above us. The kids ran non-stop the ENTIRE week. In fact, as the week went on the noise got worse — 7am to 9pm...non-stop running. It was incredibly loud; there seems to be no real sound barrier between the two spaces on each side. We messaged the host early on in our stay begging for them to message the people above us. We only got the response, “I’ll try” with no follow up after. The people on the same floor as us decided that smoking on their balcony (located right next to ours) was a good idea. Why not share it with everyone?There are so many positives about this place: The home is comfortable. The beds sleep well. Waking up and having coffee on the patio overlooking the water is nice. The dock is perfect for your boat rental. It’s a short walk to the beach (and the beach is beautiful). But ultimately, the pros did not outweigh the cons for us. The competing music (one family’s selection vs another’s), smoking and nonstop noise made this experience not one we’d like to repeat. If you have a big family and plan on booking the entire place, it would be AMAZING. Oh and the pool is nice - but maximum capacity is 20 and there are easily more than 20 people in two of the 4 places. You’re definitely on top of each other. We ended up leaving early and booking a hotel nearby.

We booked this home thinking with all the information they ask for it would be a great family place. When I told the management company we were staying there with our family for our wedding. They informed me no parties. We understood that and that wasn’t our plan. We were getting married on the beach with just our immediate family. The rented the other condos to bachelor and bachelorette parties. The destroyed the outside area. I called manager on Saturday morning and she would not get the property cleaned up until Monday afternoon and we left Monday evening. Waste of money!!! Poor management! Beautiful location but hard to use if they let people destroy it.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hurricane Idalis blew through just prior to our stay and thankfully no damage was seen on the property or anywhere else in the area. The rental appeared as if no one bothered to clean. Makeup foundation was smeared over bathroom vanity, food splatter was seen throughout the kitchen. Refrigerator had food crumbs, hair and sticky substance throughout it. Ice somehow had formed at the bottom of freezer and started leaking all over the floor. The deck was covered in debris and dirty patio windows. During our entire stay no one cleaned the pool deck or the pool. Due to hurricane Idalis they did have storm surge which is understandable and I believe the pool was drained but they did not bother cleaning out the debris. Our coffee pot was broken it would not turn on. I contacted the host and asked for a replacement. My request went unanswered.It's sad to see that the money that they are charging they are not putting any into the property itself. The walls were filthy, paint was chipped in many areas. The furniture is very worn and appears old. There is an over abundance of kitchenware a little space for your own provisioning.Other than the property itself the location is decent. Located on a quiet street and easily accessible. Your in walking distance to Publix as well as the beach. I would recommend driving to John's Pass but could be about a three mile walk.

And it’s across the street from the most beautiful beach and sunsets. The only thing I would say is that gas grills could use a little TLC. One didn’t work, and the other one was so hot it burnt everything (wasn’t able to control heat). Also, dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay.

Overlooking the pool you will see dolphins and we even saw a few manatees.The condo was very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything.If I could make one suggest it might be to remove the one chair and maybe add a love seat or add another chair. For the size condo , it could allow for one more chair. There are plenty of dining chairs... but maybe just one more comfy one for tv viewing.The location is perfect.... a short walk to some restaurants, groceries, and beach!

The location of this property was wonderful. The waterway is beautiful. The pool was not as warm as indicated, the coffee maker didn't work. None of the tv's were logged in or able to be logged in until multiple attempts were made. Unfortunately it was not as relaxing as we hoped, as you could hear every footstep the condo above us made.
