Central, unsuitable for more than two single guests or two couples
Centra location, 6 minutes from railway station
Property states up to six guests. There are two double bedrooms which are both en suite. There is a double sofa bed (which you need to move all of the furniture around to actually use) but no communal bathroom. Really stupid that guests staying on the sofa bed don’t have access to a bathroom without entering one of the bedrooms. There is a bar just over the road which is very noisy, we stayed on a Saturday. One of the en suite bathrooms smells very damp, black mould on the blind.

Perfect for one night with friends, great location by for access to Riverside and the station.
Spacious, great facilities, two en-suites, complimentary tea/coffee/sugar and left over ice cubes in the freezer!
We were on the top floor, 3 lots of steps, but that is what we booked so cannot complain.

Nice appartement well located but a few points to be aware of (noise, general housecleaning and dampness)
The appartement was really good size, and well furnished. I can’t comment on the ovens as we didn’t use them but the kitchen is really well equipped. The electric showers were good and powerful enough but don’t use them both at the same time or you will only get cold water in one !! Showers and lavatory and toilets were clean. For the 3 of us, the 2 bedrooms were perfect and the beds comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the city centre, really close to the castle.
The owner should really start looking after their property (we had flat 6) before it is too late. Maintenance is crucial when renting a place in/out. One of the bathrooms has serious damp problem and smells of mould. All the items I had left in the bathroom smelt of mould and I washed everything thoroughly when back home. This is coming from underneath the basin. As a result, one of the doors from the bathroom cabinet wasn’t closing properly because the wood had expended due to the dampness and mould visible on the pipes. You can also spot some dampness on the ceiling in the bedroom over looking on the tiny courtyard in the middle of the building. The floors had been hoovered but probably not mopped for weeks and as we walked with socks, they turned from white to dark brown within an hour!! Disgusting! The insulation is really not the best. The windows let the noise from the street go through as if we were outside and you can hear people and cars all night long. Take earplugs!! You can feel cold air draft from the windows, especially in the living room when you seat on the sofa. Not very pleasant. As we went mid-Jan when it was -1 outside, this is not really nice… The kitchen has some cutlery but when was it last checked and replaced? Only 2 forks…. The advert says that cleaning is provided daily. We stayed 3 days and nobody came, the bins were not emptied and the showers were not cleaned when we were there. I hope it is not normal standard….

Convenient but dirty
It was convenient in the city, it was Spacious.
It was dirty, the blinds in the bathroom had all dust in them, and a piece of food or something grim on one of the blinds, Washing machine smelled and had mould init, bed lining smelt like it hadn’t been washed, There was a nose stud just on the floor and a long black hair on the bed. Cleanliness was not the greatest throughout the apartment.
