Lovely place shame about the bed.

The location was perfect for what we needed, the site is nice and the caravan is a good size.

The bed was horrible, we got a bad back the first night tried the sofa whcih wasnt any better the second night and had to leave a night early cause we couldn't sleep on the hard mattress/bed sofa it was like sleeping on board of wood....and the towel holder in the main bathroom was broken.

Wouldn't stay at this property again

The location was what we wanted as we were visiting family

The property was of an acceptable standard of cleanliness but very dated with some repair and decoration needed The entrance door had no catch behind it and kept slamming shut so we put a 2 litre water bottle there to hold it The double bed in the bedroom was very hard but that could be a preference issue We had no boiler the night we arrived so needed to contact first thing the following morning, by the time we got back in the evening it had been fixed but we never received an update during the day so we were unsure if we were going to leave that evening or not until we got back at 7pm My partner has a neurological illness and almost fell of the outside bench seating at the table as it is wobbly and rickety The main seating/sofa inside was actually quite dirty and smelt stale, this was probably the only issue we had with cleanliness but still unpleasant The property was situated on the end corner of a walk way so would get busy with people walking/talking up to and back from the seafront which was a disturbance early in the morning but perhaps not something we would have paid too much attention to if the bed was more comfortable and could go back to sleep We were only staying from a Friday night to a Sunday morning but we got up and left earlier than planned

Wouldn’t not go back!

If anyone stays in 68 I feel sorry for you, location is right by Birds Eye factory so you get the smell of what ever there cooking, also we thought we would be by a nice beach, when in fact it’s large rocks and bricks the other side of wall. Only great thing was weather

Fact that company lied and said there wasn’t bed bugs at property and it was riddled with it, they couldn’t help when reported and fact made to feel like your going mad.

Layout and peaceful location.

Needs a little maintenance in places. But still overall very good.

Ideal especially if you come with a dog.

I think it has the best position on the site. We did not have a dog but if we had, its position was ideal. There was a problem with the hot water supply but the maintenance company were good at fixing it.

APPALLING! AVOID THIS COMPANY. BED BUGS, SMELLY BLOOD STAINED DUVETS, WORST CARAVAN GET AWAY.

The whole experience was appalling. There was nothing to like. Smelly duvets stained with blood, bed bugs, no toilet roll, toilet brush, sheets, etc. My daughter and her mom got bitten by bed bugs. We sent photos and complained. We have completely been ignored by this company. AVOID THEM.

I hated everything. Worst bit was getting bitten by bed bugs.

Could be better with a few improvements!

This was a very basic but comfortable caravan. Nice hot shower, basic kitchen ware. Dog friendly which is always a plus. Suitable for short breaks, if used as a based to visit the coast.

The decking area was the main negative, seemed to be falling apart as well as the table on it. Quite a health and safety hazard especially if taking children or even elderly or anyone unaware of it. Would have been helpful to have clear heating instructions, especially this time of year! It can get very chilli at night. Some sort of welcome pack would have been well received. Also we were not aware when booking the close proximity to factories, next to the sea too but no beach!

2 days was enough for us, pleasant

Right on the beach

You basically pay for what you get basically. Have to take own linen, what filled the suitcases up more.. Decking was VERY unstable, quite dangerous 2 be honest. And windows was not netted for privacy.
