Good, but not great.

Caravan itself was comfortable. Close to the beach and to locals shops like Aldi, The Range, Greggs and McDonald's. The caravan park is quiet, clean and well kept/tidy.

Here we go.... • Went to reception area to book in, the staff had no idea where the caravan was. The location was an educated guess based on pictures and "Look for a caravan with brown decking" • Lock on the door was stiff and I thought I was going to break the key. • Get into the caravan and it smells hit and musty. Have a quick look around and there's damage to cupboards and stains on the carpet, which also hadn't been swept or hovered. Cobwebs and dead flies in corners of the windows and almost every corner had spiders. • The Bathroom seemed clean at first, but 10 seconds later, there's a smell of stale urine around the toilet. Shower glass doors are heavily water stained. • The two bed room and the main bedroom didn't have any major cleanliness problems. Wardrobes need a good clean to get the musty smell out. • Fridge hadn't been cleaned and the freezer drawers needed defrosting before we could use them, as they were iced over. • Kitchen sink was blocked and had to buy some drain cleaner/rod to clear it, nothing but rice came up and the smell was unreal. • Internet wasn't working from the moment we got there. We did reach out to get it fixed but decided that the kids could do without for the few days we were there and spend time as a family. • Decking looks old and tired, could do with some attention, as well as the caravan itself.

The caravan was perfect for our needs, amazing location on site and the site was lovely and so close to the beach.

Perfect getaway

Comfy, nice size, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

The only thing that was a pickle was the lock, we finally figured out how to appease it, but it likes things done in a certain way haha!

Lounge comfort was good, shower pressure excellent.

Ripped net curtain in bedroom with single beds. No CO monitor despite recommendation being made by technician on 3rd July. Unsafe, unacceptable.
