not a holiday home, just accommodation
spaciousness, superb sleeping comfort, balcony and terrace, location for walking, shopping and restaurants nearby, parking situation, 2 bathrooms, good location to explore the region, friendly neighborhood
you could hear every "peep" from the direct neighbours, terrace and frontgarden unkempt, house not 100% cleaned, garbage bins full, sparse kitchen equipment not suitable for real cooking

Great location,good property,poor communication and facilities.
The location,the spaciousness of the house.
On arrival I had to call host to get the location of the lock box,she inferred i had been told the location in previous communication{which i had not) she also challenged why we had a visitor,She actually stays in Peacehaven and was the reason we where visiting,as she is recovering from breast cancer,there was limited towels (only 1 each)and only 2 toilet rolls

closeness to the sea and surrounding area
