Craig and Julie are fantastic hosts. Made us feel extremely welcome.the room we stayed in was fabulous, the bed is amazing, everything from the little touches of toiletries to the quality of the bedding was just spot on. We when come to blackpool again this is the only place we will want to stay. P.s breakfast with the home made marmalade is the best

Amazing hotel

Absolutely beautiful the bedroom was amazing so much effort has been put in to the hotel to make is homely and welcoming the hosts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them to make your stay amazing breakfast was delicious I would definitely recommend the poached eggs will definitely be booking again and would recommend to family and friends

Exceptional

The owners couldn't have been more helpful. You can tell they are making an effort to think about the small details. The room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in I could not pic fault if I wanted to. We were a last minute booking so were expecting to take whatever was available and stumbled on this gem of place and its owners. We come once maybe twice a year for a short break and will 100% be using The Windsor each time from now on. Thanks for an extremely comfortable stay and the effort you put in to your lovely place.

shower was very difficult to turn the temperature down - stiff. I am a strong man but had to get out a use a flannel to turn the controller down a not sure how others would fair… I would have mentioned it to the staff but I had to leave for work…

Very good

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The hotel is in a quiet area and the proprietors were friendly and efficient and we will book this hotel again

My wife and I struggle with stairs and a lift would have been nice. The tv in the room had been tampered with and the main channels were not tuned in

Fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Even found a unicorn serviette for our daughters breakfast and made the food into a smiling face

Brilliant stay

The room, the shower, the hosts Craig and Julie were kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and Craigs homemade marmalade should be sold in the shops 😋 really tasty. Definitely return 👍
