Step into this beautiful home and enjoy the spacious rooms and gorgeous interior that it has to offer. Take advantage of the shaded patio, back yard, and balcony to relax and unwind. With laundry units and a game room in the basement, plus a fully-equipped kitchen and sizable living room, there is space enough for everyone! And it's located less than 5 minutes from the popular Ark Encounter attraction!

The Space:
You will find everything you need for your stay here! A beautiful, spacious living area, 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and twin bunk bed setup. Plus a twin bed up the spiral staircase in the balcony—perfect for kids, and a futon in the basement. There is space for the whole gang! Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and a patio with a grill for making all the meals you need! There are two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a game room! There's even a front porch swing, a fire pit in the back yard, and a lovely balcony off the primary bedroom, offering you a variety of recreational opportunities! Kids will love the spiral staircase that goes up to the loft above the living room where the twin bed is located. *Please exercise caution on the steep and tight spiral stairs

Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire house. Access is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the rural Williamstown area with fields and trees and other residential homes nearby! The popular Ark Encounter attraction is less than 2 miles and a very easy drive away!

Getting Around:
Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best bet in this beautiful rural setting.

Just make sure you let people know to email with problems because the phone number did not work! Left a message and texted the number with no response. Otherwise a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our stay!

Family of eight, visiting the Ark Encounter to see the live production of The Horse and His Boy by Logos Theater. The house was great for our family and is situated close to the Ark Encounter. It is an older house; the floor creaks a bit, and my daughter got a splinter in her foot while walking without shoes, but overall it was very good. The local management was nice and responded quickly for a plumbing issue.

Very neat property with beautiful wood floors. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue (blood stain on mattress pad, dried vomit on pillow with dried debris, dirty comb in corner of bedroom, very dusty ceiling fan in bedroom, cobwebs, ants in kitchen cupboard and on counter, significantly dirty coffee cup was put away in cupboard). I reached out for assistance (pillow case concern) and was dismissed. We were told there were 2 pillows per bed and that was sufficient. When we left, I did send an email with pictures of the more significant concerns. I was thanked for bringing the issue to management's attention. At this point, I would not stay with a Neat Suites property again. Expensive stay, not clean, no offer of compensation for our bizarre experience. Celebrating Mom's 80th birthday. Not the experience I had hoped for, but the property is very pretty.

Pictures can be very misleading which I am aware of Cannot understand how this property had a highrating and be listed as a premier property. Yes it was a remodeled older home but it did not feel clean in the bathrooms. The sofa was so stained it made you feel like you were sitting on something very dirty. I did not call the host to complain as what good would that have done me, they already had my money. If this was a hotel I would have walked away and got a refund. This was not worth 1700 for 3 nights needless to say. And yes I have rented alot from VRBO and the first bad review I have ever had to write.

We had an excellent stay, we stayed 3 nights and during our stay went to the ark and creation museum. It was so close to the Ark!! Wonderful neighborhood and very clean. We will stay here again if we return to the area! Fast communication too! Thanks!

Darling house with all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay! Extremely clean, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Very close to the ark and restaurants! Not the nicest neighborhood but there was no issues, very quiet and it was an over all wonderful stay and we would stay again.

This house was a good fit for two couples. It was clean and a convenient location while visiting the Ark Encounter. We each had a bathroom. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and living room. We weren’t able to use the pool table because the basement was too cold. We appreciated the coffee. Would stay again.

Really nice. Everything was just like the photos. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped. Very clean. Everyone in the group was pleased with the stay. We plan to return in the future.

This was a quick weekend trip with our kids, one in high school, one in college and another son and his wife. The house was perfect, easy to find right off the highway but not so close that you are overlooking it or hearing it. Close to the Ark, literally less than 5 minutes away. We were able to relax and enjoy each others company as well as have all the space that we needed. The house is just as pictured and our stay was delightful.

Great character, comfortable beds and clean. Our family vacation to visit the Ark and Creation Museum was amazing, largely because of being able to stay here together. Convenient location, fun kid loft and rec room. Don't miss the sunset!
