This property was very neat & clean, the host was very organized & friendly, and everything was as described. The children loved the air hockey table in the basement! We stayed here very comfortably with 10 of us...my inlaws, my husband and I and 6 of our children aged 6-17.

Very spacious and clean! The host was amazing at communicating the whole process PRIOR to me asking, which was very convenient. I didn’t have to ask any questions because the host answered them all before. The kids had a blast with the air hockey table and the pac man arcade. Def recommend this place for a large group!

Our family did a mini-vacation to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and stayed here. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and the house fit us perfectly! Plenty of room for playing games and sleeping! It was literally minutes from the Ark! Amenities were great for our needs and would definitely recommend d to other families similar to ours!!

Our stay was seamless! Peter answered all of my questions quickly. We had a large party with several kids/teens. They were THRILLED with the large basement area, including the air hockey and pac man game! It was a short, but very comfortable stay.

This was the perfect place to stay with our daughter and 4 grandkids. It was clean and well stocked with necessities, and close to the Ark Encounter. Plenty of beds, space to run around in the back, games and activities, etc. We just did not get to stay long enough! Hope to come back, and will plan to book this location when we do.

This location is perfect for a vacation, it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The Ark was 7 mins away, Creation Museum to the north about 43 mins away, about 35-45 mins away from horse venues towards Lexington, 1 hour away from Entertrainment Junction in Ohio, and many more places we could have gone too. The house itself it a lot of fun too. One of the days I stayed home just to play Pac Man and air hockey. The grill out back was also useful for meals as well. There are also plenty of beds for larger families.

The house was amazing! We had 8 people staying the weekend. The bunk beds in the rooms were perfect. The downstairs gaming area was nice. The kids loved the Air hockey table! We even got to use the grill for some steaks! Would definitely rent again!

My husband and I traveled with my parents to celebrate my dad's 73rd birthday and visit the ark, and this house was perfect for all of our needs! Peter was a gracious host, communicated on time and detailed, and answered all my questions. The house was so beautiful, clean, well stocked (the snacks and smart tv were an added bonus) and had everything we needed. The beds slept comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We'll definitely be back again and would love to stay get here as our property of choice!

We comfortably fit 3 couples, 4 teens and 1 child in this home. We all slept amazingly well on these beds! The kitchen is a great size for cooking. Dining room has table big enough to seat 8-10 people. The living room has a nice tv with comfortable seating. The air hockey table was a hit with all 5 kids! The host was wonderful with communication! Check in and check out we’re flawless. Location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood located within 10 minutes to restaurants and Walmart. I would recommend staying here! You won’t regret it.

We stayed here on a family trip to the Ark. We arrived late after a long drive and were thrilled to see such a warm and inviting home. The space seems larger than it does in the photos. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The distance from the Ark Encounter was also a huge plus. The ramp into the kitchen was perfect for my mom who uses a walker. Thanks for a great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a group of 10 and it was very comfortable for all of us. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe. It was super close to the Ark, which is where we were visiting. We had a great time playing with the air hockey table in the evenings while grilling out for supper. The owner stayed in contact with us to make sure all was well and our needs were met. It was a great stay! Thanks Peter!

We were very impressed with this home! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The comforters on the beds were fantastic!! We had 6 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. The basement was immaculate and had so much room. The kids loved the air hockey table and the snack basket 😄

What looks like a small home on the outside is actually very spacious and comfortable on the inside. There were snacks available much to our surprise when we walked in the door along with kcups for coffee. After a long day of walking we were so grateful. The beds here are also top notch and the hosts communication was appreciated. We recommend renting! It’s way better than a hotel.
