Welcoming, friendly, cosy

We arrived late at the property, the host thoughtfully arranged a later check out for us. We could park in front of the door. The appartement was cosy, clean, and warm Nice neighbourhood, and we could see the sea from the window.

The stairs were a little bit challenging for our old dog

Exceptional

The flat was excellant, had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, clean and comfy. The seaview was amazing. When we arrived there was milk in the fridge and biscuits on the side, complete with tea and coffee which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The host was excellant, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, including when we locked ourselves out of the bedroom and super Suzy the cleaner came to our rescue. Thank you so much.

Very nice stay for myself an my mother. Bexhill on Sea is a lovely place to visit for a short break away

The property had everything that was needed. It was a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay

Very spacious apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and kitchen and living room area. Host provided towels, tea, coffee and biscuits Host was helpful and easy to contact most of the time

Previous person's clothes were still in the drawers Mugs weren't washed up when we arrived No dish cloth or scouurer for wiping when washing up Were told would be advised in the morning if we could check in earlier but having arrived early got no message and no response until we were already in.

Perfect!!

Lovely apartment over two floors. Had everything we needed including towels, tea, coffee, etc. Even made sure there was fresh milk left for us. Had a view of the sea. The bedding was the best! So comfortable!! Parking was good. Walk to the beach in 5-7 mins. Very convenient.

It was a perfect base for our needs and would book again when we revisit Bexhill

We were satisfied with everything in the apartment, especially the quality of the bedding towels and kitchen utensils. Well thought out for the comfort of renters.

There is only one toilet in the flat,which potentially could be problematic for four or more people. The toilet was situated in the smallest shower room and there was no lock on the door. A solution would be a Roca D-Trit in the main en suite.

Happy weekend in a lovely flat near the coast.

Key code easily accessible for keys. Beautifully clean and comfortable flat, tastefully decorated with comfortable bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen, we appreciated the milk ready in the fridge and teabags for drinks on arrival. Bathrooms clean and both shower and bath options. Easy road parking outside.We loved outr stay.

The sea view flat is literally a few minutes from Collington Station and about 7 minutes from Bexhill Sea front. The view from the living room and kitchen are just beautiful (so restful). It is a perfect space( location)to unwind comfortably with good facilities( well equipped ), clean and it felt like a home from home. We settled in straight away. The host was thoughtful, very responsive and helpful with any uncertainties or requests. Thank you.

Good to get your head down for the night and a beautiful view

Property was self catering.

There were 2 rings of the cooker that did not work and the socket where the cooker switch and plug socket were together, the kettle or toaster did not work so there were faulty electrics. The flat looked tired and dated and needed a freshen up and more up to dat decor needed. The shower in the annexe but could not get to a comfortable temperature as it was either very cold or boiling hot. The toilet in the other bedroom had a Maserati and the toilet bowl filled up when flushed and took ages to drain, the paintwork needed a good clean and there was a step in the bathroom that one of the guests fell down.
