Great location, very clean property. Nice tpuch with tea coffee, milk and cookies on arrival. Off street parking a bonus, nice views from the bedrooms. Easy to find, very comfortable. One point to note TV channel signal not great. Hist very friendly.

Lovely spacious flat very comfortable and nice bedrooms. Would defo be happy to stay here again. Lovely kitchen too and host was fast responding and friendly.

The flat was immaculately presented, very comfortable and very close to local amenities. Our host was also very helpful with any queries and the small finishing touches to the flat were very sweet. I really couldn't recommend it more!

The flat was spacious, very clean and freshly decorated. It was 4 min walk to the train, 20 min walk to centre of Bexhill, 10 min walk to beach. Ideal for us 4 adults.
Nothing really. The second bedroom is a little small but makes up for that with the ensuite.

We were fortunate to find a location close to my partner's 2 grand-daughters and their families, which could also accommodate her son(our driver). It all worked out very well, Thank-you Sam.

Very spacious apartment. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Very well equipped. Host left lot of goodies - tea coffee sugar milk even biscuits. Walking distance to town and beach.

This is a very nice two bedroom flat, very spacious and very clean. The smaller of the two bedrooms has a small en-suite. If you were staying longer than one night the kitchen is modern and the owners put a bottle of milk in the fridge and leave a small box of biscuits for a nice cup of tea or coffee on your arrival.
One small query. With a large tv in the living room why isn’t attached to an aerial. The freeview box also didn’t seem to work. But it’s only a query, doesn’t detract from the property being a really nice place to stay

Great location, very close to Collingdale railway station and easy flat walk to De La Warr Pavilion and sea front. Well furnished apartment with off street parking. Would stay again, if the need ever arose.

The flat was wonderfully clean, fresh, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with double oven, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle etc., all of which were spotless. Beds were comfy and our host Sam thoughtfully left us tea, coffee, snacks etc, and even a hot water bottle on the bed. Great location and parking. Sam was very responsive to messages, and I can absolutely recommend staying here.

The flat was spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. In addition, the bed was fantastic and the quietness and peaceful atmosphere made it a great place to truly relax. There were many other lovely touches that made us feel at home such as having some biscuits, tea and coffee to welcome us. Furthermore, the location is perfect. There is a little supermarket down the road, and you are next to the seaside and the De la Warr Pavillon in barely 15 minutes walk.

Light, bright and spacious apartment, beautifully presented and well maintained. Lovely touch of providing coffee, tea, milk and biccies as well as shampoo and soap. Those little thoughtful things make a big difference. Rooms were very comfortable and a really good size. Communication was great too.
The shower in the main bathroom could have been a little better. Not as hot or as powerful as I would have liked, but that is just personal preference.

Had a very good stay here as always, this is my go to place to stay whenever I am in Bexhill, flat is very clean and tidy TV in reception and in room is a bonus, very east to get there.

the property was fantastic. it was well decorated, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. the location was great. the parking was easy and the property was just a short walk to the centre of town.

The property was very clean and tidy. It's local was very handy for getting into Bexhill Town Centre either by foot or car. It was very roomy and light and airy.
The only comment I would make from an otherwise lovely stay, was for some reason the water was not very hot.
