Regretful decision to book at this hotel!

That I booked a room that was supposed to have certain amenities in it and other things such as King size bed, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, clothes drying rack, iron, ect and they're was only a refrigerator and nothing like it described. I checked in and got into my room only to find out that there was no water running to sink, toilet, or shower! So I had to move all mine and my husband's things and move to a downgraded room of 2 full beds and not get any money back. The second room I ended up in had running water this time but there was no hot water! I only had to stay for 2 nights due to my son's wedding and I ended up having to go get myself ready at my mother's hotel down the street because I couldn't take showers or have any hot water! I am very disappointed in this hotel! I will never stay here again! I don't like that they also charge you the full amount first before you even stay so even if I wanted to leave to a different hotel, I was not going to pay for 2 nights over at a different hotel so I was stuck staying in this hotel that shouldn't even be open when it doesn't have running water in half of it!

Won't stay again, too expensive for bad experience.

Good location.

No clean towels for two days until we had to call on the third day to ask for them. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom or shower. They never serviced the room and emptyed the trash until after we left. My husband got locked out of the room because the room key wouldn't unlock the door, I was in the room and had to force the lock open to let him in. Also didn't get hot shower first night, second night was a little better. No breakfast.And very noisy parking lot.

Did/could not stay. No microwave, ice, smoke alarm, and no place to hang clothes.

Staff was pleasant and explained why there were not microwaves as advertised and the lobby hours of 8:00 to 11:00 pm. Informed me that the ice machine would not be fixed.

First unacceptable experience booking a room with you. Room was not livable for a three day stay. No microwave in the room. No working ice machine. Smoke detector was disconnected. No place to hang clothes. Lobby hours closed from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am. Microwave in lobby, but not until 8:00 in the morning. Refrigerator door had many dents and needed to be defrosted. Light stand broken. Room should not have been rented. Returned key cards and departed. I would like a refund.

They give my room away I travel 12 hours for a family member funeral and didn't have a room

I made the best out of an already horrible situation.

They didn't even offer coffee. If you needed to use a microwave, you had to go to the main building to share the only one used by every guest. This place reminded me of some kind of front for a money laundering outfit.

Booking.com could have not changed my original arrival date from Feb. 4th to May 6th, and I wouldn't have been compelled to take their next best thing after finding out when I went to check in to my original Hotel that the dates weren't correctly booked by Booking.com even though I never authorized anyone from Booking.com to change my arrival date. Keep in mind, I drove for 2 hours to get there early to check in because I was going to be at an event for the next 12 hours, and I didn't want any problems checking in after my event. I was almost late to my event due to the madness that ensued over Booking.com's decision to just take it upon themselves to change my arrival date.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

There evidently were families living there..about 6 kids riding bicycles around the complex..on sidewalks where you couldn't walk..and near cars in the parking lot..toys all over. Also..went to lobby asking about coffee..and although they offered to make some..There were LOTS of ants crawling all over the coffee area so we declined. Smoke detector hanging off the wall..and lock bar attachment missing on the door
