It was ok . Not satisfied but it was my daughter birthday had to make the best of it .

The waterpark and the pool .

The cleanliness was not there for me . I even called prior to staying at the property about my room being properly cleaned . Our room was full of bugs. The door in the room had a big hole under it which I’m sure allowed the bugs to come in through .

The resort smelt of pot majority of our stay, tubs are too small to comfortably use lazy river. 3 slides but one out of order. Jacuzzi tub should be open same time as pool for adults

Good value for families

The waterpark was really nice and well kept, it really is as nice as the pictures and my kids absolutely loved both the pool and waterpark. They have a nice little bar open for parents and music playing during the day. It's a really fun atmosphere. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. We got a family suite with bunk beds for the kids and a nice deck to sit on facing the waterpark. It was nice to sit out at night or in the morning to have coffee. I had done some research before we went and knew ahead of time that the suite had a kitchen set up with a full size fridge but no cook top so I brought my electric skillet from home so we could have meals in room to save money. It was a huge help and would absolutely do that again.

So this place was good but it could be great if they did a few things differently. 1) get a cook top for the kitchenette. They are like $25 at Walmart but completely enhance the experience for your guests. 2) if you aren't going to offer room cleaning daily unless called for in advance please for the love of God leave some cleaning supplies in the room for guests to use. After day 3 with no way to sweep the floor up or paper towels to wipe down the kitchen table or counter tops things got dirty and unpleasant. Having access to a broom and dust pan, small bottle of dish soap, and a roll of paper towels would have been a huge help.

Great waterpark resort that isnt so hige and the kids can enjoy for the price.

I enjoyed the waterpark for my grandkids the only thing i didnt enjoy is the staff really didnt watch the people in the area.

I wish the staff would have taken a little more watchfull eye on the people in the waterpark and pool area.

Great stay with a saftey concern.

Family friendly and fun!

My young children had to be supervised extremely closely, there is a several foot pool behind the bar which children can run into by accident and drown. Not much saftey or supervision on that side, not good if your children can't swim.

ROACHES!!!!!!! PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY!!!!

The water park itself was ok. The location wasn't bad either. THE PROS DO NOT OUT WEIGH THE CONS!!!

The 1st room smelled of mold switched to a different room and it smelt better but we had the room that was the furthest away from the park and you had only one way to enter the park which was annoying the lazy river needs to be deeper the hotel has a great concept just needs major updates

Will not stay there again. Even after reporting the leaking issue no offer was given for any credit.

The room was clean.

It rained and flooded the floor by the door and leaked in the bathroom via the exhaust vent (which did not work). We had to wipe off the toilet seat to sit and have a towel on our head to use the toilet in order to not get dripped on (we did report this on checkout). Had to go to front office for ice. Phone did not work, they said they are getting fiber optics system, so why was there a phone in the room if it didn't work? Only one trash can for room. Pool was not clean.

Family fun park getaways.

JC was excellent help at the pool. All of the staff was great but he went that extra to make my family’s trip memorable. Thank you again for all you do even if you think it’s just your job I could relax knowing my little girl was safely swimming with her new found bestie at the pool.

remove some of the 3rd party vendors and have your cafe open daily. You have a wonderful staff but the amenities are limited during the week. The place could use a fresh coat of paint and this little gem hidden in the woods could be as bright as a diamond.

Don't Go

I like that there is a water Park for all age group.

I did not like that you are not able to get any ice after midnight. We also found roaches in the rooms. However, the worse was that we had 2 rooms and none of the hotel room's door locks. They say the pool is heated but it is not. None of the staff speak English.
