the bed was really failure and they put old mickey mouse sheet for me.. i stay 3 day here .. it was the last i came here

Very dissapointed with the bed and TV.

The room is big and comfortable.

The TV was broken, no channel and netflix to watch. Saddest is the bed and the pillow smelt so bad. Bantal busuk. The blanket was thinner.

The netflix shows are great and the kitchen works well too. The location from the room to the lift also very near.

The bedsheets and the blanket does not smell good. The office cabinet/cupboard is not suitable and quiyr random for its presence. The bed is also less soft and very hard.

Disappointing

Location is nice

We booked 2 family studio cause we have 8person, we got a duplex room (2queen beds) another room is studio (1queen,1sofa bed) duplex was okay but studio is not for 4 person room, they only prepared 2 pillow and 2 towels for 2 people… We asked the owner it says booking.com only shown we have 4 person, but i already mentioned it’s 8 person before i check in… Parking is not included, we paid extra rm10 for parking fee

You don't need to meet with the owner because the key is in the mailbox.

Check In You won't get a notification from the owner unless you chat with him. When I was on my way to the apartment(10.30 pm), I thought the details on how to get the keys would be sent to my email or WhatsApp, but no. I need to chat with him and call him several times before I get the details. I also need to pay him a deposit of RM300, which should have been mentioned in the advertisement. Facilities Wifi There's no wifi available even though on the filter of booking.com there's wifi and. Also, there's a false advertisement on the apartment name "Comfy Homes Unit PacificTowers Wifi Parking Netflix Opp Jaya 1", which is quite misleading since there's no Wifi. TV TV only comes with a power cable. When I asked for the HDMI cable, he said it kept getting stolen from the previous person who rented the apartment. I personally take the room with a TV so that I can use the TV, not stare at a black screen TV. Parking This is also a false advertisement as it didn't mention that I must pay RM10 for the parking per night. Bed It has an unpleasant smell. I doubt that they wash the duvet. Security The door doesn't seem secure enough as it uses an old knob. I booked the place for six days but only stayed there for 4 days since I couldn't bear the lack of facilities.

A little disappointed.

We liked that it's walkable to a few restaurants. The apartment is sort of like a circular shape, with a lot of windows. Water pressure in the bathroom was good. Other than that, it's nothing much.

Very impersonal. Couldn't reach anyone on the phone. They only communicate through text, and short videos which wasn't very clear instruction. When we got there, the key wasn't there. They said it'll only be ready after 4pm,. We checked in after 4:30pm. Then the lifts were super slow. There's no ventilation. The bed linen wasn't very clean. The pillow cases smells like it wasn't wash. Bathroom can improve by cleaning it better. Curtains hooks not intact. The outdoor smoking area - bad. People throw their cigarette buds everywhere on the floor. Over all it has potential but sadly not being utilized properly.

Bad experience in a whole. Tried to reduce my expectation and hopefully endure and sleep till the next day. With all the

Bear with me, this would be long but truthful. 1 - Booked at 9.20pm, checked in around 11.30pm. Such long hours after the previous guest checking out (if there was any), so shouldn’t be an excuse for untidy work from the cleaner and host, right. Guess what? Both gate and wooden door was left UNLOCKED upon my arrival, keys not needed. Safety concern? 2 - Strong cigaratte smell upon stepping in, and TV was switched on, spooky? Or is it tip-top hospitality? 3 - Beddings set (bed sheet + blanket + pillow cover) are all musty/moldy - to be blunt, it stinks to a very unpleasant extend that you won’t be able to sleep in with it. 4 - Towels, identical to the linens, it was damp and musty even before using it, bad odors, got worse after using it to dry my body after shower. Not even dare to dry my face with it. 5 - Pillows are basically collapsed, felt like laying on compound of 3 T-shirts stacked together. Imagine how thin and uncomfortable was that. 6 - Curtains are super thin, probably slightly thicker than a baking sheet. Lights from carpark opposite the building came right through, can’t imagine dealing with sunlight in the morning.

20minute waiting time for key hand over . air-con nt cold enough , netflix also not working, bed and toilet also very dirty. owner didn't reply when I mention the issues . bad attitude owner.

should last minute ask for 150 deposit before I check in.

Affordable Stay But Don't Set a Sky High Target

- Walking distance to Jaya One, which houses a lot of shops and amenities - Super Fast broadband - provide iron, hair dryer - smart TV that allow you to cast you content easily

- Need to pay parking fees for stay - half roll of toilet paper - blackout curtain unable to block outside light effectively - mattress not so comfortable and got a bit smell (probably is detergent) - Difficult to find as it hide behind the door and located at the end of corner

Exceptional

Their customer service is very good and they immediately change my room when I told them that my booking has wifi and netflix. Fast action and thumbs up. The place is convinience and quiet. Love the place!

Need to to go up down up down again to change room and keep the old key inside the mailbox bcs this is self checkin. Overrall was good.

Host not proper arrange for self check in...very hard to call & very unclear direction for self check in..i wasting few hour to locate the place...so confusing block.. some more late check in around 4pm which is not acceptable...very poor service

State it has netflix and wifi but TV not function at all, AC also.. Not really fuctional. The room so hot because it corner room and has all the glass window in the room. Added with AC not functioning.. Very hot

Unit was well furnished and clean. Had no trouble having a goodnight sleep. Very spacious unit with all the required facilities. Definitely will recommend this unit to my friends and family.

Worth for overnight stay.

Underwear left behind by previous guest was left hanging in the bathroom was disturbing and disgusting. Also the tv was not even working.

excellent location with supermarket and restaurants right opposite the road. easy to connect the host, they are very helpful and respond fast to message .

Cleanliness could be improved. bathroom dirty, the cutlery and cups were also dirty.
