Not the best but ok value for the area

The room was very spacious and The breakfast options were good.

They needed more staff at the front desk as they were very busy. Some of the hotel was run down. The elevators made me nervous and some of the plugs/outlets didn't work in the room.

good hotel, very dog friendly, but I'd look for another hotel if I bring my dog

The room was nice and a good size. Breakfast was good, enough choices. Staff was very friendly.

The coffee needs lots improvement. The bathroom showed mold, the hotel management really needs to fix it, it's bad for the guests and their pets, especially if your allergic to it. Charging a dog fee of $75 but not having a poop bag and overfilled garbage cans at the doggy stations is not acceptable

Everything was different and I loved it.

And I don’t know why, but it said that if I was missing a toothbrush and some other stuff in the bathroom, I didn’t see any toothbrush or call me or anything like that, so that was kind of one of the things that I was questioning. I should’ve asked the front desk but I didn’t think much about it.

Very disappointing

Stayed for 6 nights and room only got cleaned once after 4 days after us asking dor the service. The pool was disgusting could not use it. Had to ask for fresh towels and toiletpaper at the receptionand had to empty the bins ourselves.. is this a hotel service?!

Exceptional

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. Loved the bottled shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was Excellent!

My children were upset the pool was closed. Would have liked to relax after a long day. And we really didn't like the barn door on the bathroom. No privacy

We had a room with pull out bed , wasn’t ready earlier in the day , so when we got back later around 10 pm , got room there were no pillows or blankets . Asked staff they were rude and took 1 1/2 to get them there without pillow cases.

I would not recommend this Hampton Inn if your planning on using the pool, or expect daily housekeeping.

location great, property generally clean, staff friendly

I was here for 5 days and no housekeeping, had to ask for extra towels. I was not informed of no housekeeping upon check in nor was it stated in any literature. sink plugged when I arrived on Fri and not fixed till Monday as no staff to do it. pool water green, couldn’t see the bottom of the pool, sides were slimy and black really gross.

I took two cats with me for an extra charge of 75 Usd Plus a mandatory deposit of 50 USD per night which wasn't mentioned in booking.com. Plus a strange charge for 150 USD which was withdrawn on my 2nd night stay and I objected to, which later turned out to be some bizarre mistake and was refunded and later things finally got sorted out upon check out.

The beds were comfy. That's my number #1 complaint at most hotels. But I was pleasantly surprised here. The room smelled clean. Everything we needed was provided. And the breakfast was so diverse in options. I was full when we left. Thank you!

There was no warning about an incidental charge on booking.com. I wish I would have been more prepared to see that charge.

Would not return, my opinion of Hampton has changed

Big room, nice entry into hotel, nice staff.

Was told free parking when I booked and charged for parking when I arrive. One elevator was broken and the 2nd was slow. Blood and brown stains on the sheets. Pool- main reason we booked -was closed for maintenance at 5pm on a Sunday. The water in the shower doesn't get hot. The bathroom doesn't have a locking door. Not cool when traveling with teen boys. Weird lighting...switches don't turn on the light you'd expect-weird

No Jacuzzi, some staff rude, when asking for extra towels staff looked up how many people were in the room and would not give more than the number in the room.

waited for my room until the last minute,front desk asked a manager to go and inspected the room before he can gave us a key,10 min later we got the key and went straight to the room and the smell was soo bed whole room smelled like marijuana weed
