Keine weiterempfehlung möglich nach diesem Aufenthalt

Die Aussicht vom Balkon

War bis zu diesem Aufenthalt mein #1 hotel aber nach diesem Aufenthalt auf jeden fall mein letztes mal !!! Angefangt von der putzfrau die immer nur das nötigste gemacht (flaschentest unter dem Bett, war die kompletten 10 nächte nicht weg gemacht worden , somit keine reinigung unter dem Bett) , weiter zum sicherheitspersonal mit dem ich jede nacht diskutieren konnte über dem parkplatz , die lobby damen eine frechheit umgangston mit kunden geht gar nicht , frühstück war es nicht wert dazu gebucht zu werden katastrophaler service , Arbeiten jeden tag mit hammerschlägen ab 9 uhr morgens , hab das hotel bei meinen vorherigen buchungen immer gelobt aber der Aufenthalt diesmal , ein flop vom Feinsten , auch beim auschecken keine hilfe vom personal bei den Koffern !!!

The place in general is well designed, well maintained, the equipe it's warm and gentle, the restaurant very authentic, the pool and the bar rooftop are the cherry on top of the cake. Looks cooler than Hilton Absolutely recommended 😀

Lovely and clean staff lovely

Needs a bit more for English people at breakfast, didn't like the surcharge on food and drink if you bought it from the hotel only had drinks and had a surcharge ask if guests had to pay they said yes which we didn't like so only had 2 drinks there the hole week we stop which is not like us,don't agree with surcharge it should be up to us if we won't to tip them.

T Pattaya Hotel

Modern and quirky reception and restaurant area. Pool was amazing with beautiful view of the sunset. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Room was clean.

Staff weren't super friendly like we have experienced in other hotels. Rooms felt a bit dated and random lay out. Bin in the toilet need a lid to help with smell. Location wasn't the best for walking around the city. Breakfast buffet was average, lacked options and cooked food was cold/warm.

be aware this hotel is located in the new open air music area and there is loud music playing until 2-3 am every day. so don’t count on sleeping early.

The room was spacious for a family of 5. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops/mall (5-10min), beach (15-20min). Staff was helpful.

Didn't have much choice of breakfast spread. We're Muslim. Breads, fruits & salads were our options. It was still alright.
