Eccellente soggiorno in Hotel posto in posizione ottimale

Hotel in posizione eccellente proprio vicino alla Cattedrale di Notre Dame!! Comunque in zona centralissima ed utile per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni di Strasburgo ad eccezione del Parlamento Europeo!! Colazione continentale comprensiva di tutto e qui di non carente di nulla!!

Good vibes only

Location/interior design and the utilities provided. The room was spacious. It had an entree with a wardrobe for clothes. It was easy to dry the jackets and umbrellas there.

Small escalator, since it worked well I have no complaints.

Large, comfortable rooms; ideal location close to historic centre.

Excellent location, central to all sight seeing and near to many restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean - would certainly return to stay if I went to Strasbourg again. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money.

Some people might be bothered by the cathedral bells but they did not bother me. The cafe in the hotel served only middle-eastern snacks, which was unexpected so I always chose to go elsewhere.

Peut faire beaucoup mieux au niveau du bruit...

Les chambres sont bien, le lit est excellent, la proximité parfait, une douche très spacieuse.

Une chambre au premier étage avec un bruit de fou à partir de 6h du matin côté cathédrale. Un personnel qui passe l'aspirateur à 7h du matin dans les couloirs. En bref, beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit !!!

Centralized location in a safe, lively area made for a wonderful stay in Strasbourg.

They have remodeled a wonderful old hotel and made the rooms smaller and modern & ugly. Sad to return to a place we really liked and find it so changed.

Amazing find

We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful and centrally located hotel. Very clean and modern. It has an elevator, although it is very small. The room and bathroom were a good size. The bed was comfortable. The staff was so very helpful & courteous. We happen to have our train canceled because of strikes, but the staff helped us find an alternative. The have breakfast, be we didn't try it.

For location, this hotel cannot be beat, as it is right in the heart of the cathedral center, and within easy walking distance to many lovely shops and restaurants.

The only disappointment was that our room was dusty and the floor felt gritty, as if it had not been throughly swept in a while. This put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay.

Very good

The location of the hotel is in the very city centre which has its pros and cons. The hotel is nice, my room was, however, very small. The reception staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was excellent.

I missed the "please not/clean" hanger on the door and thus the room was cleaned every day which was not necessary.

Location can’t be beat

Location was unbeatable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced in the room I had. There was a huge dent in the mattress, so hardly a comfortable sleep. The chair in the room was tiny and lucite, both the size and because it was hard lucite plastic made it very uncomfortable to use.
