Great price for Positano but lacking in many areas

Absolutely no guests. Our friends came from Sorrento for a day trip and needed to get changed at 9:30am.. They were denied entry into our room by reception. Not great being treated like children when you’re spending 500+ euro per night. Extremely noisy at night time.. sounded like someone was always moving furniture in the early hours of the morning?? Cheap bodywash Cheap toilet paper and a dispenser that gives one sheet at a time Tissues weren’t replenished once over 6 nights No duvet just a sheet Cheap pillows that resulted in sore necks No iron or ironing board.. just a steamer I had to keep requesting from reception as they kept taking it back 8 euro charge for storing your own things in the mini bar

A gem in the middle of Positano

We loved our stay here in Positano. All the staff were very friendly and helped us with recommendations and advice. The hotel itself is in a great location. A short walk up the street are lots of amazing and well known restaurants. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, if you do not want to walk up or down the stairs to the beach. Every day you get a breakfast sheet where you select what you want and as much as you want for breakfast the following morning. We are so glad we found this little gem. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. You won’t regret staying here.

The pillows are very flat and not comfortable.

Great staff and fantastic value.

The staff was amazing. They deliver your breakfast to your room every morning and gave me great recommendations. The shower was a good size versus other hotels I stayed at in Italy.

I was in a single room(last one available), so bed was a little small for me as I am 6’2”, but clean and nice to have a great view of Positano.

Everything is very good, the staff, the breakfast, the room looks great.

The view is great but the next building has a water tank that looks annoying.

Love, love, love Hotel Reginella!

Everything….from the beautiful hotel and views to the very friendly staff. The Hotel Reginella is by far one of our favorite stays. The hotel is located close to restaurants and shops. The view from our room was just breathtaking as well as having a wonderful breakfast on our balcony each morning. The decor in our room was just beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Easy pick up for our driver for tours and also transport to and from train station.

Spectacular view, perfect location

The hotel is in the center of Positano, in the main street, which makes it very easy to access when staying there. It is in excellent condition, very well maintained and pristine clean. The staff is professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful, they do their best to ensure your stay is unforgettable. They all speak good English, which is a great advantage. The view is spectacular and breakfast is taken to your room at a time you select, which you can enjoy in the balcony while looking out at the beautiful view.

I can't think right now of anything I didn't like, other than I should have spent more time there.

would definitely stay here again when I return to Positano

very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, spacious room, gorgeous balcony and view!! staff held our bags while we waited to check in, and also after checking out. staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. great location, close to Positano beach, shops and restaurants. reasonable minibar prices.

limited facilities - no elevator (although staff handled bags through a small lift); no aircon in the lobby; no room service or hotel restaurant (a part from breakfast). this would’ve come in handy when it stormed one of the nights and we couldn’t leave the hotel for dinner (very few restaurants deliver).

The location and size of the apartment were great.

The air conditioning didn't keep the room comfortable. There was an odd smell in the room and it felt like it needed to be updated or deep cleaned.

A great vacation at Hotel Reginella. Highly recommend you stay here if vacationing on the Amalfi Coast.

Everything about our stay was great. The hotel had all the amenities we wanted and needed. Our 2 bedroom apartment with balcony had a great view. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. They booked excursions and reservations once we checked in. Provided restaurant recommendations. last but definitely not least was the great breakfast brought to our balcony each morning. Cappuccino’s, expresso’s, coffee, pastries, juice, yogurt, and fruit. we got to choose what we wanted each morning.The location is outstanding with steps to the beach right by our hotel. Great restaurants and shops right outside the hotel.

An amazing hotel centrally located near stores/restaurants with comfortable/clean rooms with a view!

Hotel was in a central location in Positano near stores and restaurants. Since we had 5 people, we rented the apartment and had 2 queen beds and a twin. Room was Spacious and we had a lovely balcony with amazing views of the ocean. The hotel staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to come back!
