I just like the view of city and also swimming pool.

I didn't like the facilities in the room because doesn't have mirror in the room, just in the toilet only and need us to line up among us just for make up, wearing hijab and so on. Then, the toilet was smelly and also the space in the room very small. Shower also got problem where water is slow. Last but not least, iron's rope so so short which is hard for us to suite with plug to iron our cloths.

The room was okay with the facilities.

The lift is quite scary. The place seems like an unfinished construction. The smell is bad for us. It is a quite place too

- location very near to foodstall nearby, had Quil city mall and medan tuanku monorel in walking distance - my room had klcc view - the mattress really comfyyy - had wifi, netflix & youtube in your room - parking provided - swimming pool also had klcc & kl tower view - very good and helping assisstance from the hotel

- i think the assistance can assist more during check in time.like me,i mistaken took a wrong lift,cannot scan using card..for my opinion,the assistance have to show where is the lift & room during check in - toilet had weird smell, water heater was very slow, shower floor also had slow clearing of water,might be blocked?

the beds need to be replaced because there are a lot of bedbugs/dust mites

the bed is not clean, there are bedbugs. I was bitten by bedbugs for 2 nights sleeping there. My body part is itchy and swollen from bed bug bites.

Great location... shopping mall & various local food stall are nearby. No need to worries bout breakfast meal. Just take a few minute walk. Netflix provided. The washing machine & dryer are doing well. It boost my holiday mood 🙂👍👍

The view at 35 floor with have swimming pool

I book 1 week early at Booking.com. When i arrive at my room not achieve my expectation. Because on Sat i Saw got room with cheaper price but im booking with expensive. Booking.com need to look back the price on weekend diferent price when we book early.

the facilities and the location of the property are nice and strategic as it just aside with quill city mall

the cleanliness is totally negative zero. I don't know about the other room.. but mine is totally disgusting. they didn't change my bed as it got yellow stain more than 5 stains! and the room is extra small not like the picture

Delayed check in, no hot water in shower, the room was not clean. But spacious for the price

Very spacious for the price.

Water heater didn’t work, kitchen sink clogged, bedsheet stained. Waited almost 20minutes for the agent to supply the key during check in.

We actually need to check in the room but suddenly after opened someone in has already in the room and we checked in the next room. The bed was dirty untill we asked to change the bedsheet. But still with hair around.

smells of sewerage, WORST STAY OF MY LIFE!

I didn’t like that the unit smelt of sewerage, the mattress was so uncomfortable I had back pain after sleeping a full nights sleep, soap dispenser bottles were leaking out onto cabinets, there was only hand soap to use in the shower, not a single bottle of water left to utilise, only 1 half roll of toilet paper to use in each amenity. the staff couldn’t understand the local and/or the English speaking language so they were basically impossible to approach. one night I had the housekeeper knocking on my door asking to come in. I was attacked by management for having my purse stolen with my room card inside, was also charged a ridiculous about just to enter my room a $200 bond was also take. and only $50 was returned. it was definitely the worst stay I have stayed at and I’m a traveler. would definitely never stay there again and would not recommend anyone I know to stay there. I also ask booking.con review the location as it is a disgrace. might look pretty from the outside but stay a night and it’s putrid.
