Unusual experience of poor service.

Hotel location was quite close to my business meetings venue.

On arrival I was told no hot water. Asking for reasons not to inform me in advance - boss has refused to do so. No substitution hotel was provided, but instead suggestion to apply money back from Booking.com. In bathroom over 3 days no soap. Breakfast without any fruits and vegetables.

great place could improve

the room was a nice big size for the two of us. lots of space and plugs in charging the phones and stuff. nice breakfast lots of choice. not too far from the city centre only a five minute walk and then ten minutes on the tram

O hotel está claramente datado e a precisar de sérias renovações. Havia uma evidente falta de limpeza, a carpete do quarto estava imunda e a banheira tinha bolor. O pequeno almoço era péssimo. Praticamente nenhum canal de televisão funcionava. O ar condicionado não funcionava. A cortina do quarto não evitava o sol de entrar no quarto, por isso a partir das 05 da manhã era impossível dormir com a luz e o calor.

Pas de parking. Une seule personne du personnel était agréable, le reste étaient désagréables. Les chambres étaient bruyantes, la clim ne fonctionnait pas ou à moitié. Il y avait des traces de sang sur la moquette. La literie grattait. De manière général c’était plus que viellaux.

only the good thing about the hotel might be the location and have parking place. that's all.

The employees are so ridiculous and rude that after checking out of the hotel, while waiting for a taxi in the lobby, one of the employees (an old man) came and said that you are no longer a hotel guest, please leave the hotel. I told him that I was a hotel guest, that I had stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, that I had just checked out today, and that they could ask the receptionist if they wanted and confirm this. After speaking Croatian among themselves, they still told me that I had to leave the hotel and drove me crazy. Even though I turned to the girl at the reception and said "you remember me, don't you, I paid you", she said "yes, I think I remember your face", even though she knew that I was staying at the hotel, but she made the old man even more angry. And she even threatened to call the police. Then another employee came and instead of understanding the situation, he continued to talk nonsense, obsessed with my screaming. Then she apologized to me after I explained the situation somehow. I told him I didn't accept his apologies. I went out saying that I wanted to leave the ridiculous hotel as soon as possible. The old man came in while I was smoking a cigarette. He apologized. I responded with one word: leave me alone.

I did not feel safe at my room. It was not a clean hotel and air-condition was broken. I was asked to pay extra fee in the end for city tax.

It was ok-we only stayed one night!

We arrived really late as we were traveling by car and the man at the reception was rude and spoke no english. Not a nice experience. Although the morning receptionist was very sweet!

When we complained to reception and asked for a different room, the gentleman said all the air conditioners are broken and out of use. The carpets were wet and dirty.

The espreso was nice

First we didn't have heating in the room, next room didn't have electricity and in the last room no towels. We only had few hours to rest (3 to be exact) and we lost time in searching for suitable room. Also the wi fi was catastrophic.
