Propre, accueillant, bel emplacement.

Chambre au second étage vue lac. Chambre et sanitaires propres. La chambre est très calme, la.rue est rres peu passante. Le personnel est très sympathique. On peut stationner dans la rue gratuitement à 200m.. L'embarcadère pour les îles est à deux pas, ainsi que les.restaurants et bars sur lanplace toute proche.

Cadre exceptionnel et calme.

Face au lac et à côté du départ des bateaux c'était idéal. En plus les restaurants étaient à côté et la circulation des voitures très restreinte.

Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Thé et café trop restreints.

Einfaches Hotel mit super Lage am See

Die Lage direkt am Lago Maggiore ist einmalig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und abends die Lichter am gegenüberliegenden Ufer der Bucht von Verbania Pallanza. Das Hotel liegt nur durch eine wenig befahrene Straße direkt am See. An der Straße gibt es diverse Pizzerien, Restaurants und Bars. Da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist nur etwa 200 Meter vom Bootsanleger Pallanza entfernt. Wir haben die 5 Tage, die wir dort waren, kein einziges Mal das Auto benutzt. Sind vier zur Fuß gegangen und mit dem Schiff in andere Orte gefahren. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist der Lungolago auf dem man herrlich flanieren kann. Frühstück ist italienisch einfach aber ok.

Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Man muss sich an der Straße einen freien Parkplatz suchen, oder etwa 5 Minuten entfernt einen Parkplatz nutzen, dann findet man einen Parkplatz ohne Gebühren. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick gebucht, was etwas teurer ist. Bekommen haben wir das Zimmer ganz oben unter dem Dach. Hatte zwar Seeblick, aber keinen richtigen Balkon und leider viele Schrägen. Fahrstuhl nur bis zur 3. Etage und dann noch ein Stockwerk über die Treppe nach oben. Badezimmer ebenfalls mit Schräge. Badewann ohne Duschvorhang. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit Couch und Mini-Kühlschrank, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Hotel kann ich niemanden empfehlen

Nichts am abend ab 19.30 war niemand mehr an der Rezeption!!!!!!!!!

Alles das Zimmer könnte man meinen wir sind im alten Rom leider habe ich keine fotos gemacht das bett ging auseinander preisleistungsverhältnis viel zu teuer

Einfaches, gutes Hotel direkt an der Seepromenade.

Sehr netter Empfang, Frühstück ist sehr gut. Tolle Lage, gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Wunderbarer Fussweg nach Verbannia.

Exceptional

Charming! Very nice classical style hotel, the team is taking care of the historical furniture and building. The room is spacious and beautiful. There is a small bookshelf with literature in different languages if you take a stairs. Breakfast was correct, the view on the lake is fantastic. Everything went very smoothly!

Stay in Pallanza

Location in Pallanza is excellent and access to Intra by ferry or foot is good

No breakfast option in hotel but adequate provision in local bar, about 10 mins walk away. Quite a lot of noise from street and other residents in the night.

Best place to be in Verbania!

Lovely view, even from the second floor. Noises from the street are there always but that was no problem with us. And our baby slept well there too. Very helpfull staff. Pizzerias and restaurants very close and grocery store 5 min walk. No private parking but we managed to find free parking from the streets.

Friendly & professional welcome, excellent location, good restaurants in the neighbourhood and a wonderful view over the lake.

Nice view and good location for ferry connections!

View is breathtaking from the balcony. Very nice staff and really helpful, and there are a couple of restrooms downstairs, so even a drinking evening is pleased.

Good little hotel with a slightly misleading description

Great location and we were able to find a free parking spot on all days we were there. Great views if you get a room with a lake view (we didn't). The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected.

The listing for our room was a little misleading - it showed a desk in the photos and in the description, but we had a small bureau-style thingy instead (not very comfortable if you plan to do some work in your room) and no armchair as in the photos. The music from a nearby bar was very loud on the weekend - luckily, it all shuts down at midnight so not a big deal for us. Breakfast was served at a cafe about 100 meters away. It was good but not exactly at the hotel so I wouldn't list that as "breakfast available" as it's neither included nor much different than just getting breakfast at any other café.

Pleasant

The blond young lady at the desk, she was very polite and gentle. The location is fantastic.

It was a sweltering heat wave, but they said they couldn't turn on the air conditioning. My booking said it includes air conditioning. They gave us a fan instead but even the fan has limitations when it is 32 degrees outside. The TV had only Italian channels but the Wi-Fi was too weak even to use our chromecast. The signal was on and off.
