very nice staff and good location + pleasant wellness (small but usable)

very, very narrow double bed. I can't imagine how we would sleep if we didn't have rather thin figures. Even so, it was very uncomfortable :(

Best choice for ski. Very bad opinion for personnel .

best location for ski. just near the lifts

reserved tables for breakfast ?! We had to change the table that we had our breakfast ! We had to leave early ( at 8am ) in order to catch a flight . there was no one in front desk to check out! There was one man that didn’t speak English ! We couldn’t communicate . I left my cell phone so they call me for paying . I had to do a bank transfer and not able to pay with card . Very annoying…

Great location. Yummy breakfast, even for picky eaters. Great that the infra sauna was open from 7am. The spa was small but nice.

The bed was really bad, way too soft, maybe due to an old matrace, and a bit small for two people. The front desk staff didn't speak much English. There were some weird smells around the hotel, including our bathroom.

Very good

Very close to the train station and ski lift, walking distance to the old town of Bad Gastein. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast. I stayed in a recently renovated room. Another befriended couple however stayed in an older room for the same price. So perhaps worth asking to be put in the newer rooms. All together absolutely nothing to complain. Just the pool is perhaps a bit small for the peak season.

A most enjoyable stay visiting family in a beautiful and unique place.

Excellent location very easily accessed from the station: lovely room: fabulous view: nice food: accommodating staff.

very little not to like, but house rules translated into English would have helped my limited language skills.

Great buffet, lots to choose from.

The Coffee machine was very slow causing a line that made it hard to move around.I would have like more information on the restaurant and bar, like a menu or info about what food you can order in the bar area.
