krásná dovolená, děkujeme!

Líbí se mi celé městečko Au, je úžasné, ostatní vesničky v okolí jsou už moc turistické, neosobní. Ubytování v apartmánech se mi líbilo, apartmán byl dobře vybaven, byl čistý, udržovaný.

apartmán je blízko hlavní cesty, která je poměrně dost frekventovaná. Pro někoho to může být nepříjemné.

Het appartement was heel ruim voor 2 personen.

De ligging was gehorig. De welness lag niet bij de appartementen maar in t hotel en was klein en de relax ruimte was enorm warm.

This place is awesome.

The room was large and spacious. The half board food was outstanding and a very tasty Friday evening Steak buffet.

Smokers smoking on the balconies. You cant leave windows open because smoke would enter the room.

A nice ski hotel

Staff (nice, kind, smiley), food (beautiful dinner dishes and nice touch with soup and salad after skiing), comfort, easy access, heated boot rack, closeness to the ski bus stop... 1/2 hour from Sölden by ski bus, 1/2h by car from Gurgl and Khutai..

Spa - swimming pool was too small for any activity. During the dinner, they charged for tap water that we ordered?! (never had that experience before).

Wow! The hotel is amazing!! The room was enormous with a beautiful view to the mountain, clean and cozy. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great but the dinner is fabulous, don't miss it!

Great value for the money, we will come back again for sure.

Very large room, perfect for us traveling with 2 small children. Great breakfast and dinner. Modern and very pleasant restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful - most of them speak English.

An improvement in attention to the small but important details is required⁰

There is potential, but falling for small and annoying things. For example, why would the same large towel be used for both personal bathing and a sauna? Must have two large towels. Why dinner only until 19:30? The ski room is not clean. With a little effort you will improve the customer experience a lot.

It is highly recommended to heat the pool to a temperature of 35 degrees, especially in winter. Otherwise, it has no real use in winter.

Bring your earplugs!

The hotel is nice and the staff is very nice! There is enough parking space, dinner was very good with enough choices. Thee Otztal card is a really nice extra. Also the pool/sauna is really nice. In general it's a really nice hotel if only there wasn't so much noise that prevented us from sleeping well...

The hotel is situated at a very busy road, which causes a lot of sound. We stayed at the Suite Sunneseita which is situated facing the road . And to make it worse, on the other side it's right above the teracce of the restaurant. So untill late at night you can enjoy the talking/laughing/screaming of drinking (drunk) people. The windows are pretty sound proof but with 30 degrees keeping them closed is not really an option.... So i you want peace and quit and want to sleep at a normal time then I advice you to not choose this hotel. But if you're the one sitting on the terrace having a drink every night or if you're not bothered bij noise, then this is a great choice!

Quiet hotel with mountain views and amazing spa

We loved breakfast and dinner! The food was always nicely prepared, the salad buffet was excellent. The room was quiet and we had a beautiful view on the mountain. It snowed the night we arrived, so we had a great view to wake up to in the morning. The spa was fantastic, very nice and quiet lounge area, great saunas. The staff was very friendly and we had many good chats. We loved our stay at Bergwelt and can definitely recommend this lovely hotel!
