Consigliato per un breve periodo.

La posizione è davvero ottima, a due passi da Plaza de Armas. L’ostello è ben curato e pulito. Lo staff è stato cortese.

Il bagno era abbastanza lontano dalle camere. Le stanze erano anche abbastanza rumorose.

Great stay!

The location was fantastic. So close to anything and everything! The room was very clean and they came and cleaned it each day. The shared bathrooms were as clean as they could be for a shared bathroom. The breakfast was simple but good! There was a ton of common spaces to relax in! They also stored our bags when we went to colca canyon for three nights.

O lugar é bem espaçoso, agradável de ficar, super bem localizado, limpeza muito boa, muito organizados. Café da manhã tinha frutas, pão, café, iogurte, suco e ovos todos os dias.

O quarto que fiquei era muito quente de dia, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia

One of the best hostels I've stayed at in Latin America

This was one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in during my travels of Latin America! We loved the cosy feel of the hoste, it really felt like a home away from home! We loved the location being a 2 minute walk to the plaza. We slept so well there as well, the beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast included with the room was great too, it set you up for the day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Everything was great. The only thing that would make the hostel even better is if they provided filtered water for guests.

Brilliant Location, clean facilities and exceptional staff

Excellent customer service, allowed us to check in when we arrived at 8am as they had rooms available . Extremely accommodating, kept our bags safe for free when we went to the Colca Canyon for the night. Fresh, tasty breakfast and kitchen if you want to cook. Just off Plaza Des Armes, Brilliant location! Friendly, kind staff, thank you for a great experience! Exceeded photos on Booking.com

Great Value for Money!

We arrived at 5am and they let us into our room to sleep which was much appreciated after a long over night bus. Great brekky, and location. Nice communal area as well. Cheap as chips

Comfortable stay with kind staff.

It has real character just off the main square. We arrived really early in the morning and were shown to the massage room where we were able to sleep until 9am when our room was ready. This made all the difference after a long journey on a night bus.

The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect, right smack in the historical city center.

Pleasant, relaxing, enjoyable

Everything went well. Hotel is very accommodating and helpful. It was very easy to stay in Arequipa and make plans from this hotel.

Perfect stay in Arequipa

Perfect location and great stay in Arequipa. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Shower worked well with hot water. Breakfast was very good and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We even stored our bags here for 3 days whilst we went to the Colca canyon.

It has been a pleasant stay at Los Andes, great location, staff and cleanliness!

Great Hostel, just next to the Plaza de Armas with plenty of options for food and drinks! The staff was very nice and helpful, the room has been cleaned daily and thoroughly. The bathroom was modern, the water pressure from the shower is excellent.

nothing really, you could always wish for more breakfast options or anything. But all in all, it's value for money in my book.

Good for the basics, appreciate the cleanliness

The cleaners are the best staff here, the rooms and toilets were very clean. The reception staff are hit and miss friendly, some are some aren't. Location is handy in el centro. Good for a short stay

The showers have lukewarm water and it never got hot enough. The rooms are very loud with no sound insulation from the hallway, people arriving late at night and talking echoes into your room. Also, the breakfast is nothing special, just white bread and jam with the cheapest instant coffee. Currently the room is discounted due to protests so it's good value but if I had to pay more, there are plenty of other options that offer more value for money.

The breakfast is good. It includes juice, fruits, coffee, tea or Chocolate, bread, butter and different types of jams.

Staff said there is a something that you can grab for early morning tour but there is nothing. If they say nothing first I will prepare by myself in advance. But they confirm it has.!!!
