Centrally located and comfortable apartments

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was really convenient and centrally located. The property was clean and features were thoughtful!

There wasn't a washing machine and dryer available on the property. However, there are laundromats nearby.

Mini Appartment in der Pariser Innenstadt mit viel Komfort.

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Esstisch, 2 Srühle , Mikrowelle. Das Appartment lag ruhig zum Innenhof und hatte eine gemütliche Einrichtung.

Am Abend ist die Gegend um die Champs Eysee etwas unsicherer als am Tag. Das Hotel selbst ist sicher.

Reality does not match the photographs, very shabby and dated, stained and dark rooms. location is the only highlight.

the rooms were very dated and shabby. they had put in new furnishings to look updated but the rooms in reality do not look like the pictures. very damp rooms as well, dirty floor coverings, stained sofa, odd layout with the the kitchen sink being the closest place to wash hands after toilets.

Even with minor issues, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the apartment feel.

The location was good, the room was large, the decor was nice and the staff was friendly. It was lovely that it was by a small grocery store and a delicious restaurant. or two. It was perfect distance to the shopping district, and not too far from the metro stops.

Couch has stains, the shower leaked and I guarantee there is mold under the rubber flooring that they have to cover it. The water would leak out under the door and then the door would push the water out when you opened it—very bad design. Also, upon entering the building (it has other offices and not just the hotel), it smelled of urine in the staircase. It was nauseating and I hope it was just a temporary thing while we were there.

Enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant

the location and the layout in the apartment. The friendly staffs provided useful information such as which restaurants to go and the way to airports. We were most grateful to Ms Saloua who helped us on our last day with our luggages and for highlighting the different transportation charges to airport.

would be good if a washer can be included.

Great for Family

- Perfect location , right next to all the shopping area - It was great to have super mart right below the property as we need daily food for our toddler

- A bit small for us but again this is Paris , can’t expect a lot of space

Vendome Suite; Pleasent stay, but looks a lot more dated than you can tell from the pics online

the location was great, lots of restaurants and 20 min walk to Eiffel Tower/ Arc de Triumph. receptionist was very friendly

our room was up a small narrow staircase (the Vendome Paris Suite) so be warned if you struggle with stairs, there are rooms in a separate part of the building which does have a lift but ours was only accessible via stairs. the room was nice enough, comfy big bed, some kitchen amenities- it was quite dated but as are a lot of places in Paris! was generally clean, no major complaints just a bit dated as I mentioned. Also a very strange light fixture/piece of art in the room that might not be to everyone's taste. the check in process was also a bit confusing as there was no one at reception when we got there, but was settled quickly and they are good at answering the phone with the number they have left at reception. overall it was a decent stay for the cost that we paid for the room.

a very comfortable stay in Paris

Very friendly staff. The hotel room is very comfortable with lots of amenities. . The hotel location is superb which is close to shops and restaurants.

Not recommended for self-catering apartment type travelers, families or people with a lot of luggage

The hotel is located in a good location for shopping and sightseeing as it is close to the city center.

Cooking utensils were not properly equipped, but the reception could not solve it, so I divided the cooking into two and three times to prepare the food and dish, so the time to prepare the food was doubled and there was a lot of inconvenience. It was a family room, but the room or living space is narrower than expected, and it is difficult to use the elevator, which is inconvenient for people with a lot of strollers or luggage. The room was closed due to poor soundproofing, so we could hear children chatting all the way to the reception.

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location for exploring the city.

fantastic location to be within walking distance to all the tourist attraction’s. the room was perfect for our needs.

the pin code pad to get in from the courtyard was intermittent.
