Great family park

Great little spot to stop on our adventures. Perfectly presented and had an amazing layout. Facilities for children appeared to be exceptional.

The location

-It wasn't very clean had a stain on the comforter -Stuff like crumbs in the bed -So much dust under the bed we ended up with dust mite bites all over our body have images for proof -the fridge leaked - everytime you had a shower it flooded the bathroom out of the corner of the shower - windows weren't sealed and ants were all over the bathroom in our toothbrushes - floor hadn't been vacuumed - the porta cot we were provided with had white and yellow stains on it and smelt musty and old

Rude office ladies. Place is clean.

Clean room.

I asked a question about the holiday room and the office lady said “it is a holiday room!” And another office lady laughed and said “it is exactly right! Good answer”. I found that rude and this did not answer my question. Try not to be friendly with them. Just get the keys and leave. Office ladies love making joke out of the customers.

Disappointed!

The location is good.

I'm pretty disappointed, to be honest. The staff around the grounds didn't seem to engage with guests even saying hi. The room was disappointing. The floor in our bathroom had rotted from the water in the shower, which is so dangerous. I will be emailing them to let them know, as someone could fall through it! We had black mould on all of the curtains, which is terrible. The cupboards smelled musky, and that wet smell, this was the cupboards in the bedroom and the kitchen. Even where the dishes were! We washed the dishes and didn't put them back in there the whole time we were there! The beds were very uncomfortable, I woke up with a sore back every day!! So did everyone else I was holidaying with! The matresess and beds need an update! The playground was not able to be used for the kids in the group we had because it was unsafe. The pool had to have maintenance one day for half of the day also. I would think, given it was a busy time, they would have had things ready to go for the Easter break. The whole rooms need updating. I wouldn't be keen to stay here again, even though the location was good. For a Tasman Holiday park, it wasn't great. The last one we stayed at in a different location was really good.

We stayed in a holiday unit before the office. Very comfortable, convenient and quiet. 😊

Excellent Location. Town centre was in walking distance. 🤩

No shampoo and conditioner. Nor tissues. Internet connection poor. Not all channels available on the television, I.e. Channels 50 and the rest of network 10 (Southern Cross Network I believe)😔

Comfortable stay

Convenient stop off as we head north on a road trip, comfortable bed and nice space, good lighting.

The floors had a greasy substance on them that made them feel like they weren’t clean, not sure if it was the cleaner that was used but felt like we couldn’t walk around without shoes on.

It was... good.

This accommodation was good. Not exceptional, not great, but still good. Bonus for our 4 year old was the bunk beds!

It seemed very tired. We did expect more for the price we paid, but that might be on us. Likely better for caravan's or groups staying in multiple cabins.

Exceptional

We travelled from Sydney and arrived in the early hours of the morning, my husband wanted to have a sleep and requested to extend the check-out time. The staff member was very helpful and promptly extended the check-out time. The customer service was above and beyond and the rooms and facilities were spotless. Will stay at this destination again.

The staff were very unpleasant the cabin was cold and uncomfortable , remote didn't work for the tiny television and the staff were very unpleasant .

Disappointing and dishonest was double charged for my stay and it was under investigation for 2 months since my trip. The hotel never responded. Booking.com refund me a credit note for my next stay however just leaves a bad taste after so long and scaming the client out of 2 payments. I highly encourage you all to double check before you check in if funds were taken.

We loved watching the Kangaroo's each afternoon. It's a must stay Park

The cabin had heaps of room, clean, comfortable and close to the pool/spa. Loved the balconies, both out the front and off the bedroom. The indoor heated pool/spa was amazing. The highlight was the wildlife roaming around the grounds. There was lots of activities to do eg mini golf, beach volley ball, cricket pitch just to name a few.

Great value in Merimbula.

Effortless check-in and check-out with plenty of space and amenities. It was a good resort style stay with plenty of things to do on site. Great value that appears well run.

It is a bit further from the centre of town but walkable I guess. The cabins did feel retro (not in a good way).

Comfortable overnight stay.

Great facilities for the children, comfortable cabin (Polynesian) with separate room for grandchildren.

It was a fair way from beaches or swimming area in lake for walking.
