Lovely

Motel was simple and tastefully furnished, clean and organised. Everything you could possibly require in clean and appointed cupboards. Is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Thank you Carla

Relaxing.

It was clean and handy. Host was very helpful. Michies Jetty is just around the corner.

Roof was noisy with both possums/birds and the fibreboard seems to be hosting cockroaches. TV is past its use-by date, regularly turns off briefly whilst watching, hard to tell what you are watching and crude picture.

Relaxing, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable.

Small block of units in a convenient location within walking distance of the main beach, cafe and take away. Very helpful, pleasant staff. Immaculate presentation with lots of useful appliances. our upstairs unit had a delightful view with refreshing breeze into the longe area and main bedroom. A great find at an affordable price.

Comfortable stay at a good rate.

Close to the beach and food and drink. Quiet locations with parking and a pool available to use. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

The place is centrally located close to near by lake and ocean. Quiet are. Comfortable and extremely clean.

The driveway is getting a little hard to get in and out of. Underneath of car scraping all the time.

Great value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely private courtyard. Great location just a short walk across the bridge for shopping, Yummy fish and chip shop around the corner

Excellent week in Merimbula

Everything needed for a week long stay was available, clean and pleasant staff.excellent value for money. Location great. Facilities good. Smart TV meant we could cast streaming services. (Connected chromecast)

Construction activity in the property behind was a little noisy some mornings, but no fault of Chapman court.

Perfect seaside escape, clean, friendly helpful staff, all you need for a quiet escape by the sea!

Loved Merimbula, loved Fish Pen and its location to everything wonderful in Merimbula, the beach, walks, and township, the perfect location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, everything you need for a short stay with fully functional kitchen, quite location (except for snoring man in then next room), laundry attached free of charge (perfect) and clothes line, will definitely stay again!

Superb

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well maintained, staff friendly. It was centrally located with good access to wherever we wanted to go. We think it’s good value and would like to stay again.

Next time we’ll ask for ground floor due to our difficulty with stairs.
