Was made to feel very welcome.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast of full english with coffee and orange juice was hot and very tasty. Room and communal areas were cleaned to a very high standard.

Very welcoming hosts Rob & Denise. Breakfast was excellent. Room facilities very good. Comfortable bed.

Good base for three days in the area. Within the New Forest was outside of my price range.

fantastic breakfast, try the eggybread, bacon and maple syrup. Room cleaned every day. Lovely owner and made feel very welcome. Location very convenient on edge of New Forest but easy reach of motorway and Southampton.

Hosts were fantastic, a short drive to Beaulieu Motor Museum and the beautiful village of Lyndhurst.

Breakfast was fantastic. A good choice from a full English to a Vegan and everything in between. I had salmon and scrambled egg with toast and was gorgeous, my partner had the full English and again he said it was delicious and very satisfying.

Lovely hotel

The location is brilliant and the host recommended a lovely pub for our evening meal. The breakfast the following morning was so nice - the pancakes were a big hit with my Nephew.

Lovely - close to both beaches and new forest which is what we wanted

Lovely host - very warm and friendly and calm. Offered to help with cases etc. made us feel important and our two year old grandson loved him x

Comfortable with great breakfast - excellent value for money!

Great menu choices for breakfast and the food was delicious! Excellent value for money and a short walk to pub, shops etc. We stayed here for one night before joining a cruise from Southampton and it worked very well - about 30mins drive from Cruise terminal. We had some spare time in the morning and the owner recommended a short drive to Lepe Country Park which was fabulous - on the coast and the weather was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Good base for the new forest and a comfortable stay. Cooked breakfast set us up for the day.

The facilities in the room and en-suite were very tired and dated. the shower was loose as was the towel rail and were obviously well used. No cold options for breakfast although advertised
