Good hotel, Staff Good. Buffet breakfast excellent.

Rooms smaller than photos. Location ok if you have your own transportation like me. But can learn baht bus take you to Jomtein beach. Or Pattaya. Price little high for room should be 1000 baht

nice hotel, clean, quiet and location is very good.

shower drain is not good, it clogs every time when you use the shower. the bed is too small for 2 people and not comfy.

Clean and tidy. Good wifi. Choice of 2 pools. Good value. Staff ok. On baht bus route so step out the door for easy transport to either Pattaya or jomtien.

Breakfast Buffet very good and room staff kind and friendly

Booked "Deluxe or Penthouse " 7 th floor room near small 9 mtr pool. Had "City views " but no "Beach view" as Hotel is nowhere near a beach! No sleep first night as water pump on roof goes on and off all night .Changed rooms and noise was a bit more tolerable but still people talking outside their rooms late at night,so generally 7th floor is a very noisy place to stay! Probably would not stay at Hotel Zing again.

very unfriendly reception staff . booked a POOL ACCESS room .. no where near the pool.30m away and 25m down . hows that pool access room .staff just shrug sholders and turned away. very rude. people eating breakfast outside the room from 7am
