Niet gemelde werken in het hotel

Het ontbijt (Gallo pinto) en de bediening was fantastisch. Heel vriendelijke mensen.

Het zwembad was stuk en ze waren in verschillende kamers aan het werken. Om dan volle prijs te moeten betalen als ze je om 5u smorgens wakker maken met de werken. Is niet echt een aangename ervaring.

perfect for my needs comfortable accommodating hosts

Perfect for my needs I was traveling with my two dogs. The room was large, clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was served on the top floor, an open patio with a nice view of San Jose and the surrounding mountains. Great value extremely nice people.

Great, affordable stay

The building is quirky, organic, with lots of character and the quantity of vegetation is impressive and well presented... It's a mini jungle adventure in the middle of the city. And the staff is super friendly and welcoming.

It would be nice to have blinds in the room (in case you want a bit more darkness when sleeping)

The breakfast wasn't good. Another visitor had loud music on until 5:30am, and nobody told her anything until I complained about it.

nice other than overhearing someone being sick from the other room so wasn’t able to sleep

the staff were absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful

I could hear everything from the other rooms, including someone vomiting all night… the hotel was not busy so wish I had been out further away

positive. Very courteous conversation with owner who insisted on speaking to me.

very courteous staff, good breakfast, profusion of plants throughout the property, comfortable room. After complaining to you about non-functioning swimming pool (see below) I was offered a $120 rebate on my bill plus free taxi to airport.

To have been warned that the pool was not available because of repairs or renovation. I choose hotels with pools, where possible, due to medical advice on the benefits of swimming to left leg problem.

Amazing!

The building is absolutely gorgeous: plants crawling up all the walls and beautiful natural architecture. Room was exceptionally clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Staff was incredibly kind as well, greeting me enthusiastically in the morning for breakfast and taking the time to explain all the different plants they’re growing on the beautiful rooftop. Fantastic view of the city while you sip your coffee. 100% would return anytime I’m back in San Jose.

Mattress a little hard and pillows flat. Could use some new bedding.

Location, nice mix between outside and inside, garden, spacious

I had a room at corner hall with a lot of light and there was a curtain missing so it was very light.

The bed was reasonably comfortable and I slept well. Eve staff were friendly.

Noise from other rooms and other areas was very loud in the evening and in the morning starting at 7 AM. Smoking is expected to be outside the gate. But staff went out to the balcony to smoke while I was sitting there eating breakfast. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke so I had to move. The room was not dark at night due to hallway light so it took awhile for me to get to sleep. The gallo pinto at breakfast was the worst I've ever had in this country. I expected a nicer experience for the price which is more than I typically pay in this country.

I have stayed there several times before not a 1 class hotel but a bargain will stay again.

Breakfast was alway great Maria cooks your eggs the way you like them, Yancy at the front desk will go the extra mile to keep you happy, Thanks Yancy
