Персонал был вежливый, доброжелательный. Все было чисто. Так же бассейн был чистый. Имеется лифт, большой хол, вкусный завтрак. Расположение от центральных достопримечательностей близко.

A good value and practical hotel with comfortable bed.

Good value and breakfast was different every day. We actually stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. One night on our own and 3 nights with the tour group.

Location was a small distance from center, easily walkable. Breakfast was good, some variety every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good Location, Good Staff, Old but spacious. Worth payment.

Location is good near Carrefour. Walking to Republic Square 15-20 mins. Breakfast is good not only for European but Asian Tourist also. I love small their croissant.

Nothing dislike for this hotel particular. It is old style hotel but I like its spacious. Rooms might not new but worth money.

Awesome stay experience

When i booked the hotel it said 1.5 KM from center i thought it will be far and i have to spend on taxi but when i reached hotel located bang on the main road which connects to all local points like malls, business centers, local markets, super markets, church. Hotel staff were very helpful whatever i ordered extra they provided without charging anything. Room service and cleanliness was amazing. Breakfast was very good and tasty

There is nothing that i didn't like. Everything was provided as mentioned in booking.com.

Making your perfect trip to Yerevan

The best asset in this hotel is without any doubt the staff. They are helpful, attentive, personal and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was nothing I wasn´t satisfied with.

we was there because have to go to embassy for interviews , you have a lot of stars and ,they add more start for they welcome ,because reservations don’t know how speak English and they don’t know how run credit cards,they didn’t let you go in and asked about cash ,that’s most terrible experience with hotels I don’t know how get 4 Stars 😔

Location, and very helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with my husband who is in the wheelchair and helped to navigate the hotel going with me everywhere. The receptionist even lent me local money when I needed it urgently. I am extremely satisfied with the hotel staff.

I really liked that room was very spacious, the view was nice, liked the bed, staff was super fun and friendly, pool and sauna was good, breakfast was good as well, and of course the location of hotel is great

i didn’t quite liked the bathroom to be honest, and pool area was a bit cold

Location is great - 10 minutes by foot to the city center Staff was nice and speaking Russian, ready to help Lots of shops and malls nearby to buy some wine and food if needed

Poor breakfast, place where it is served looks like USSR canteen - metal chairs, metal tables, not comfy. Our first room was room 601 and we had to change it in 1 day because there is huge noise during the night which does not allow to sleep at all. Appeared that is it a noise from central heating, which can't be changed. Also it was a huge place with 2 separate rooms and even 2 toilets, but with very old furniture and not renovated at all - dirty walls, old bathroom and etc

Old good hotel

Old good hotel near GUM market, a bit tired but with a great service and tasty breakfast.

Not enough sockets by the bed. The canteen is not cozy.
