Schönes altes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage mit nettem Gastgeber

Wie der Name schon sagt, handelt es sich hier um eine alte Mühle. Das Anwesen liegt sehr ruhig und verfügt über sechs Zimmer, bzw. Wohnungen. Wir hatten eine im Erdgeschoss mit einem sehr großen Wohn- und Essbereich, inklusive Küche, die wir auch mal zum Kochen nutzten. Dazu hatten wir drei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Bad. Wir nutzten ein Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse und Garten, ein zweites diente uns als Ankleidezimmer. Unser Fahrzeug parkten wir direkt davor, so dass wir einen sehr kurzen Weg zum Ein- und Ausladen hatten. Gregory, der Inhaber, ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person, der sich bei Nachfragen sofort um alles kümmerte. Das Frühstück bringt er morgens direkt an das Zimmer, es ist alles dabei was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Betten hätten etwas länger sein können.

Super! On reviendra mais en prenant cette fois ci le bas du moulin sur la dépendance de droite, nous y reviendrons avec

Endroit bucolique, calme, en pleine nature avec son ancien moulin et sa petite rivière qui la traverse. Sans oublier Grégory qui est au four et au moulin pour vous apporter des solutions, cette personne de coupe en 4 pour gérer votre séjour, c’est lui qui gère le domaine.

Compliqué de trouver du négatif sur le séjour hormis la présence des anglais (grand groupe) qui se sont pas mal appropriés les lieux et qui pensaient que tout leur était dû.

Très bien situé, le cadre est magnifique. Gregory est très attentionné avec ses clients. Le gîte où nous étions était très bien équipé et très agréable.

Relaxing and comfortable in a lovely place

Location is beautiful and you can walk into Bayeux. Apartment a good size for the 4 of us

Very pleasant stay.

It was a beautiful setting. The two appartments were well equiped and big. We had a very pleasant stay I had a problem with the payment link. I contacted the owner by phone and he was very helpful and pacient when I explained to him that I will try the next evening as we were on the road the whole day.

Comfortable stay, I recommend having a car.

The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s a pretty long walk from any restaurants, grocery, or destinations and there were no Ubers. There is a taxi service in town but it’s not easy to get a hold of. I would recommend only staying here if you have a car.

Perfect, picturesque estate for exploring Normandy

This was one of our best stays in 2 years. Thoughtful details, gorgeous grounds, close to town...I wish we'd booked an extra night just to enjoy the house and gardens. This was a large property with creek, playground, and a few apartments. Bayeux is central to many activities in the region, and only minutes away.

No complaints. Do note that there are stairs and they can be a bit steep for some people, but definitely not a complaint. The washing machine was finnicky, so pay attention to the host's guidance in the booklet.

Lovely stay!

We needed a restful place with a washing machine and dryer and Moulin Morin fit the bill! The accommodation is set in lovely surroundings and the place itself was very spacious. Gregory our host was always responded quickly and did his best to help.

We found it quite strange that despite a well equipped kitchen etc there were no toiletries provided such as shower soap or shampoo.

Perfect!

Amazing property, much bigger than we expected. Very good value for money. The outdoor surroundings were beautiful, we sat outside watching the sunset and the moon come up. Kids loved the play area and plenty of space to run around. Very clean and very well equipped property. No complaints at all!

The Moulin Morin was a magical and relaxing location, hosted by the friendly and kind Grégory

The location was amazing! And Grégory was such an excellent host. We were refreshed and rejuvenated every day in this quiet and quaint location. Our lodgings were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend the Moulin Morin to anyone.

I dream that we will be able to return some day. Our small dog who is usually hard to settle when we travel was complete

Beautiful setting! the property was lovely with plenty of walking areas, ample parking space, clear running brook, ducks, and lots of picturesque opportunities! learned this property was built in 1300 as a water mill. parts of the mill are still visible. The apartment was spacious, comfortably furnished with a full size kitchen. The gas stove was marvelous! Everything was clean and inviting and the owner, Grègory, was helpful from the minute I booked the apartment. He was warm and welcoming, meeting us at the apartment and orienting us to our surroundings.
