Precio cómodo, lugar bonito y ubicación segura, me gustó.

El lugar donde estaba ubicado, el precio justo y siempre estaba limpio

Para mejorar sería que puedan variar un poco el tema de los desayunos solo eso

Fatal experiencia con el servicio de agua

Solo las camas funcionaron.

Nunca se tuvo agua, ni tampoco agua caliente Al sexto piso no sube el agua, estuve 8 noches y escasamente 2 veces en la noche subió agua caliente. Varios días no hubo agua entre las 5:30 y las 7:30 am que era mi jornada para organizarme. No había solución oportuna de la administración. No ofrecieron compensación por la falta del servicio. A pesar de las diferentes ocasiones en que se manifestaba la inconformidad, decían que el tecnica iba, pero nunca lo veía. En sí, la atención del restaurante y camas cumplía su función, pero no era extraordinario. El servicio de acueducto para las duchas y su agua caliente es inexistente, y en Bogota agua helada a las 6:00 de la mañana tampoco era un servicio dentro de los estándares que prometía la reserva. Solicité devolución del dinero por el incumplimiento del servicio y tampoco hubo comunicación al respecto. En el piso 4 cuando nos cambiaron de habitación, tampoco hubo agua, ni presión. En las fotos se ve, cómo 1 llave y ambas abiertas sin evidencia de presión de agua. Ese fue mi diario durante mis 8 noches que sí me hicieron pagar por adelantado. Pésimo.

The people working there were super nice . Really good location. About 20 min from the airport.

The shower sprout would shoot water everywhere except on you . Apparently it was a general issue since there was other guest talking about it during breakfast.

Lo action good. Places in Bogota spaced out so not really one centre. Ubers to everywhere we're super cheap. Staff were friendly and good communication before our stay. Value for money.

Only location, nothing else.

Location, because I was going to an event in Corferias and it is ridiculously near to that venue. Nothing else to add.

The room was horrible, it was cold and humid, the cleaning was cuestionable. The front-desk service was terrible, they were rude and they did not know until when we were going to saty in the hotel, they were telling us everyday if we were leaving that day.

This hotel looks like abandoned, smells bad, room didnt fit pictures, the place look like really old. Definitely will never come back.

Comfortable place. The staff was great, attentive and very accommodating. Area was practically noise-free throughout my stay, which was awesome.

The lighting in the hallways turned on by motion-detection but unfortunately the light turned off fairly quickly; this became an issue as the door lock to my room wasn't working well, so each time I had to open the door in a lot of darkness.
