Calidad precio nefasta

Nos gustó la ubicación , está a unos minutos andando de la playa. Además como hemos viajado con mascota ,la playa canina nos pillaba muy cerca.

El apartamento está correctamente limpio a nuestra llegada. Los enseres de cocina eran muy escuetos así como el mobiliario. Las instalación están deterioradas y nada cuidadas . Tuvimos que poner un par de quejas : La primera era la falta de higiene en la Piscina así como el deterioro del recinto. Solo la utilizamos una vez . Estaba muy sucios y las duchas no funcionan. La otra queja fue que la luz de la terraza no funcionaba así que nos dijeron que cuando viniera el personal de MANTENIMIENTO repondría el aplique( después de 9 noches de alojamiento nos quedamos esperando). Desde nuestro punto de vista el personal hace lo que puede pero no tiene medios. A los gestores les digo que no todo es ganar dinero que hay que mantener las instalaciones también. Sin ir más lejos esta mañana la persona de mantenimiento estaba cortando el CESPED(hierba) con unas tijeras. Además de todo esto hay que decir que en su anuncio pone aire acondicionado y cierto a medias, solo hay un aparato en el salón y con las temperaturas que hacen pues no es suficiente para poder dormir y descansar. Una vez hecha la reserva te piden una fianza de 100e que dicen devolver cuando abandonas tu estancia(la esperaremos) pero el contenido del apartamento apenas supera esa cantidad. Dicho lo cual por ubicación hemos estado bien, el personal muy amable . Pero repito NO TODO ES GANAR. De hecho creo que si sanidad se diera una vuelta por esa piscina e instalaciones igual la precintaba.

the cleanliness of both the pool and surrounding area were not good at all. the building itself is a bit run down. the apartments inside were ok, very basic.

Good location, near to beach, walking distance of city and all shops. Nice pool for adults and kids. Nature reserve was lovely to see. Really easy going and relaxing few days away.

No wifi at all, the rooms don’t have air conditioning, the stove don’t work properly, for the money they charging plus deposit, they can fixed at least the pool , the kids one was full of bees everyday, is a river nearby or like the end of it, so on the nights it’s smells bad,
