FYI: our cleaning crew has completed the required training course and was conducted under the most recent guidelines from the World Health Organization, CDC, Occupational Safety & Health and Multiple State Health Departments to ensure that we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Luxurious and spacious 3 bed/ 3 bath condo on the 9th floor with 2,200 sqft, featuring stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and the downtown skyline. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach, and very close to Starbucks, and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino. Spacious suite ideal for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families and friends traveling together.

Beachwalk Resort - 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo with full kitchen equipped with appliances and electronics for you and your guests entertainment. Free Wifi.

POOL ACCESS: Towels to be provided by the entrance to the pool on the first floor.

BEACH AMENITIES: As of February 11, 2023 // Free Towels, Free Shuttle Services, and Free Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas.
The total amount of chairs and umbrellas given will be 60 chairs and 30 umbrellas, first come first serve until they finished.

DINING/DRINKS: Beachwalk Bistro, Beachwalk Bar, Pool Grill located on the first floor.

New Parking Procedures: Starting from the effective date, all residents (excluding employees) are required to drop off their cars exclusively at the valet counter located on the ground floor. Car pickup will take place on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.

We are a family of 6 people. 2 adults and 4 teens. The good: property location is great. The view from the balcony is top notch. We watched the fireworks on January 1 and it was great. The place is spacious, comfortable beds, close to beach and shops. The bad: the place needs a paint job and a deep clean for it to be 5/5 stars. The place is stocked with old pots/pans and old cooking utensils. The manager needs to go thru the kitchen and consider buying newer kitchen items( no pizza cutter). The dishwasher needs to be replaced. It’s moldy and dirty inside and is falling out. I contacted the manager during the stay in order to Adress the dishwasher and she got back to me days later stating VRBO message never came thru. I requested a refund for the dirty, moldy dishwasher as we washed everything by hand for the week and i was told she would check with the owner but after several attempts to contact the manager she never returned my emails. During our check in we had to return to the front desk 3 times as our keys were not programmed correctly. There is only 1 elevator and during a busy holiday season is a big problem of constantly waiting for it. There is only valet parking and if you go food shopping with your rental car good luck parking/stopping for 10 minutes in the front of the resort without being hassled by valet guys. The pool is small and not enough seats for residents so get down to the pool early and save spots. Can’t swim in the evening. The gym closes too early.

The unit was very spacious, needs a few wear and tear upgrades but bed were very comfortable. The view is spectacular. The parking garage was a bit tedious but we loved that the elevator is not used by hotel side. Bianca was very responsive and was a great host.

Everything was great. Views and balcony were amazing. Only bad thing to say is we got there early couldn't use the pool untill check in time (4pm). But there's a great little beach bar across the street with a free shuttle where we hung out untill 4

The apartment was large and bright. The bedrooms were roomy and could accommodate 2 people each easily. The condition of the apartment was a little well loved and need some minor tlc (sprinkler caps missing, small holes in wall, floorboards separating, bathroom fixtures falling off) but did not affect our stay. There were small housekeeping tasks we had to do when we arrived (kitchen floor needed to be swept, make beds as top sheets were missing) but once complete we were able to enjoy our stay.

This property was great! However, the AC was not working and the hot water was an issue as well. The property manager did respond right away in regards to the issue and it was resolved. It was overall a pleasant stay.

We have stayed at this property before so we knew what to expect. Everything was great from the check in to check out process. A few minor repairs needed. Kitchen utensils were put away dirty or just not cleaned but overall very nice property

This property is fantastic, it was clean, and all the amenities you need, and in a great location! My friends and I had wonderful experience especially with the great location and walking distance from the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an issue with the ac that we kept trying to rectify, but more Importantly it appears that there is black mold growing near the registers. Most likely a result of the ac issue. Needless to say we decided to leave one day early due to sleeping conditions. We also found a black exam glove in the couch cushion, and the flooring has gaps so watch your toes.

The property is well located in the heart of Hallendale close to the Hollywood boardwalk, Aventura Mall and Gulfstream Park and less than 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport. We stayed with an infant, and 4 adults and had plenty of room. Although the property is new and nicely furnished my only criticism is the property could use a more complete cleaning and maintenance. Everything worked fine but for those extremely picky guests might have found the property not up to a 5 star standard. Bianca was great and responded quickly to concerns. Ideally she could have greeted us in person on arrival and departure. This would put her in a superhost category. I would defiantly rent this unit again.

Since the start the communication with Bianca was fluid and friendly. She delivered on all her promises and was making sure that everything was organized and ready when we arrived. The apartment was clean, spacious and well located. Includes a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and would be glad to come back. Our group included four adults and three infants.

We stayed from December 19-22, 2019.A couple of things you should be aware when renting this property:Mildew in all bathrooms.Dishwasher was unstable and moves forward. Dangerous when you have kids or elderly.Floor wood planks in all bedrooms where moving, unfinished flooring.Scratches on walls besides a Hole on a wall by the entrance.Drainage in master bathroom sink clogged.Pubic hairs found in the living room kitchen floor. Lack of wine glasses, and stained countertops.Communication with manager was through text, I’ve called her and she never responded except via text. I told her about the A/C not working properly and she told me someone was coming the next day to fix it and no one came. When I called her for all other complaints the Manager wanted me to explain all the faults via text and I felt like she thought I was working for her. Sorry not my job to do a quality control list for you. I’m on vacation and I paid for quality service. This was not good customer service. When a client calls you answer or call back. If I treated my customers this way I will be out of business.This is the first time I experienced such a bad and uncomfortable situation with homeaway rentals. The location is great the guest service desk for check in was great. The apartment could be great if everything I mention above was fixed or cleaned. Sincerely,Harry

Beautiful unit with stunning views. Comfortable and stylish furnishings. Modern everything! Important: Seating enough at dinner table and living area. Baths are roomy. Full-sized washer/dryer. Food, towels, chaises, drinks all on first level. Only downside is no self-park. Host Bianca was first rate from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

We rented 2 units and overall had a really good experience. The only issue we had was confusion at check-in over what room we were in. You are dealing with the hotel workers who are not the condo owners and sometimes there seems to be confusion . The units however were awesome. We would stay here again.
