**Repairs to the seawall and deck are currently ongoing through the winter. The work may include noise disturbances, disrupted walking paths, limited parking, and areas such as the deck and grassy areas may not be accessible. Additionally, the beach access stairs are not usable and are estimated to be back in service for guests by December 1, 2024. **

Relax and unwind in the spacious living room with plenty of seating for the entire family to gather around the large flat screen television. The spacious kitchen features new appliances with lovely countertops and cabinetry.

The property location is great! Patio door is steps from the 2 pools ( 2 kiddie pools) & a 2 minute walk to the beach front. The grounds & beach were clean & well maintained. The condo kitchen & appliances were updated with all in working order. But in great need of new pots (Telfon scratched & no lids) as we tried to cook most meals in to save money. Bed/bathrooms of good size, clean bedding, & nice to have 2 twin beds in the 2nd room. We were told there was a washer/dryer in the unit, only to find it is a single washer/dryer in commons area shared by all units-but at least a clean area. Cons to this unit: 1) lack of cleanliness. A general surface cleaning was done for the majority of the place, but overall felt dirty. The bathrooms were less than stellar. Some strands of hair on floor/around toilets & sinks, dried/crusty handtowels & washclothes (1 of each in each bathroom) that I hope just air dried & were not actually used. Bath mats appeared used/not washed. Huge dust bunnies under all furniture, dried cereal in master room by dresser, previous tenant water glass & water bottle under bed. Dining room table & placemats not wiped off. 2) No beach towels & only 1 beach chair. A VERY hard to find, out of the way storage unit, hidden behind boxes (roofing material??) was not discovered until end of stay but still only contained a few body boards & an umbrella--more beach items, easier access or even just more details on storage location is recommended. To buy beach items for a stay is expensive, especially since none can be taken home. New Smyrna Beach is a great location to enjoy local activities & the surrounding areas/parks. We liked the condo, grounds, location, but would not stay there again if same cleaning service continued.
