Enjoy Pismo beachside vacationing in this studio unit just a block from the sand, boardwalk and the iconic Pismo Pier. This comfortable ground floor condo features contemporary furnishings in the living room with a sofa sleeper, 42" flat screen TV and books if you wish to read. Enjoy your morning coffee, barbeque or enjoy a cocktails on the furnished private patio. The condo is walking distance to many shops, wonderful restaurants and all downtown Pismo Beach has to offer.
There is a parking carport for one car and additional street parking is available for additional or oversized vehicles.Whether you surf or would like to watch some of the best surfing talents in action, this property may be just for you. Surfing lessons and equipment rentals are available nearby if you want to give it a whirl. There is a private entrance to the side yard of this condo, making it easy to stash your surfboard and rinse off. You can walk for miles along the water's edge to watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset with an incredible backdrop of the coastal hills. If you are a wine lover or want to try out some of our local wines, there are a host of vineyards, tasting rooms and wine tours for your enjoyment.Local water sports include coastal kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, ocean fishing right off the pier. And if hiking and witnessing one of the most beautiful views in the world are of interest, just up the road is the new Pismo Preserve, which offers over 11 miles of trails traversing serene oak woodlands and coastal ridgelines with stunning panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean. FLOORPLANThe living/ sleeping area features a comfy full-sized bed, dresser, full-size closet, and flat-screen TV. Linens are of high quality and both bathing and beach towels are provided for your use. A coin-operated full-sized washer and dryer are located on the property, and a bike rack sits just outside your door. The gated side yard is designed to accommodate your sand toys and provides a private entrance to the back yard - making it easy to hose off those sandy feet before entering. If it turns out that you are a group of more than two, or you need a bit more space, the two-bedroom unit with queen beds and full kitchen next door is also available and will accommodate another group. We loved the location. It was quiet and a very close walk to the beach. This place had all the amenities we enjoyed including a kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, comfortable living area, back patio with table and chairs as well as a grill for cooking food outside. The proximity to the beach was only a 2 minute walk depending on your pace. There was also a dedicated parking spot so you can leave your car and walkaround the center of town and visit any restaurant or store in the area. Best part is that this place is dog friendly. The only issue is that this place provides towels and bed sheets washed in a fabric softener where my wife was found to be allergic to it. Otherwise, if that doesn't bother you, this is a great place to stay if you have pets or simply want a quiet location near the beach.

So, overall the place was pretty clean and neat. It is a studio - there is no bedroom as some people thought from the pictures. So, it's fine for a couple. The sofa is reportedly a fold out bed that could fit a couple small kids, if needed, but there is no privacy - it is one room. The kitchen is ok, with full appliance set, but the additional items in the kitchen are limited. Pots/pans are ok, but only sets of 4 for plates, and various things, which means running the dishwasher or handwashing dishes fairly frequently, as we did. Some dishes were dirty, so inspect before you use them. There is no extra items for cooking such as any oils, spices, sauce, etc. as you find in many VRBO properties, so bring ALL the ingredients you need for recipes. They have some sugar, salt and pepper. That's it. There's a little bit of coffee for Mr. Coffee, but we brought our own. The best thing about the unit is the location. That is a big plus because you are so close to the beach and the plaza. Parking is very convenient. So, overall I think it was a good place to stay if your focus is the beach and other adventures!

Location, location, location! Park your car & you can walk to the beach, to restaurants, & shopping from this location. This unit is on the first floor & has a beautiful patio to enjoy your evening happy hour or breakfast in the morning. Pismo Beach is a one of the best (if not the best) beaches to walk, explore, or enjoy the views. We will be back

Based upon the description and photos it was unclear that there were not two beds (one in a bedroom and one on the other side of the partition in the living area). There is not a bedroom in the unit. Fortunately we were able to use the sofa/sleeper for the third guest.

The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The location was fantastic, literally one minute to the beach and walking was easy to the heart of town. Cozy for me and the hubby.

The studio was very fresh and clean looking, the layout was nice, it's within a short walking distance from the beach. The outdoor areas at the studio were surrounded by higher buildings, although it did get sun part of the day, we never used this area.

The apartment was perfect for my sister and I to visit and relax at the ocean. The patio was an added bonus, my son was also in town so most meals were served out there! All restaurants are in walking distance.

My only frustration was with the media. No clear instructions given on how to turn on the TV. I lucked into it by pressing multiple buttons, but on the last night - I turned off the TV and was never able to get it to work again.

Location was close to beach, shopping, dining and the pier. Covered assigned parking spot was great as was the enclosed patio area. It was a quiet, spacious studio condo with a well equipped kitchen and quality bedding and linens. Staff was great too. I would recommend to anyone going to Pismo Beach.
